  1. Software Upgrade Underway On Thursday, May 12th we upgraded our forum software to the latest IPBoard. What you are seeing right now is the new software. For the first 72 hours or so (until Sunday May 15th we're guessing) some features will not be immediately available, including: Search Feature / New Content Search. Old posts and private messages will appear oddly formatted. Please do not attempt to edit them. Advertising by our Vendors will not be displayed immediately. Your patience as the upgrade process continues is greatly appreciated! Please use the Feedback and Support forum to report any bugs, other than the things mentioned above, that you encounter. ^^^ That is at the top of literally every page right now.
  2. I can't control that. It's part of the editor.
  3. True but I am not sure I like how it looks square.
  4. Tapatalk caused me significant problems last night during the upgrade, required a "Critical" ticket be opened with Invision to work through the issue, and kept me online until shortly before 1:00AM as a result. So... yeah... I am pretty opposed to installing it again.
  5. Tapatalk is not installed. May not be again.
  6. Try again.
  7. @hipower I think a lot of the problems you are having come from the web browser. Have you switched to Chrome or Firefox yet?
  8. @Mindless-Focus - The Stripe payment option should be working now. Still sorting through the new configuration for PayPal so it's not ready just yet.
  9. It's in your control panel menu at the top right of the screen. Click your name, and the resulting drop-down menu has an entry for Attachments.
  10. So here's what we know about the password situation: The common denominator seems to be that all of the members who have had to reset their passwords were members of TGO back when we ran vBulletin up until a few years ago. There is something peculiar about the way those passwords were brought over in the conversion process way back then that is affecting your accounts now. Resetting your passwords, exactly as you have been doing, is the right thing to do until the software authors come up with a fix to help everyone else who hasn't reset their passwords yet.
  11. @Mindless-Focus - Got it, thanks. I found the problem. It'll take me a little bit of time this evening to configure the Store to accept payments again. They added some new layers of security, which is really nice, but it also rendered the current configuration unusable. More to come!
  12. Under the Browse menu at the top, is a link for Feedback but this will take you there directly. There was a setting I had to fix to allow you to add Feedback for a member; It's now fixed. http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/feedback/
  13. They haven't been rebuilt by the forum yet. They'll start showing up later.
  14. Yeah it's showing content that's new since the forum re-opened this morning, but it isn't showing new content from prior to that but since you had last visited. Or at least not all of it just yet. We're about 40% of the way through rebuilding post and private message content as of this moment. I think we'll be done with all of that by tomorrow night and hopefully be well on our way to being done with all of the background jobs still running.
  15. Right now this is it. I'm really not sure I want the administrative overhead of keeping multiple themes in sync with each other, but I am testing some that might eventually replace the one we're all using right now.
  16. Support forum if you don't mind. Thanks!
  17. I'll see what I can do.
  18. Thanks - that should be corrected now. Let me know if it's not? Actually it's supposed to be like that. Sorry. That warning is not specific to the Trading Post.
  19. @Oh Shoot - Thanks! I am passing that along to the support team.
  20. I'm checking on why some of you are having to reset your passwords. More to come on that! Also checking on how to make your mobile device use the full site rather than the Minimalist Layout that it delivers to mobile devices.
  21. Yep, Royal Range signed up right before the software upgrade! I'll be making a formal announcement very soon. I want to get past this software upgrade before I do too much.
  22. You kinda had me there for a moment.
  23. I'll jump in there and hang out for a while in case anyone wants to give it a spin.
  24. Also keep in mind that the site may be a little slow at first too. The amount of work our web server is doing behind the scenes to process all of the data that I mentioned above, is pretty staggering. Once all of that completes, the site will speed up quite a bit!
