Thank you to all who ordered! Ordering is now closed for the tumblers. This weekend I'll be tallying up totals and submitting them to the supplier for engraving! -

Just as a reminder... ordering ends after today! http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/store/category/4-tgo-logo-swag/ This is a pre-order. The ordering window for this product will be open through Friday, June 17th. Once the ordering window closes, we will be sending a bulk order for production which could take 1-2 weeks. We will ship these out to you as soon as they arrive back in our hands. Approximate estimated delivery is the last week of June. -
Also it appears that edearl was successful. ???

I simply cannot reproduce this and quite a few folks have purchased Benefactor memberships lately as well as other swag items. I need an error code or a screen shot or something to help me help you. Have you tried from a different browser??

We're ordering a BUNCH of these things it looks like. I will turn the order in to the supplier this weekend and we'll just have to see what they say the turnaround is going to be. I hope the turnaround is quick, but it will depend on how many engraving systems they have I'm sure. -
Got to ask. What did you do? Others may be suffering the same problem.

Looking at our logs, this is a Hotmail issue. Hotmail is throttling how many emails we can send to any Hotmail addresses per hour. If email is important to you, I'd switch to Gmail.
-
I can tell you definitively that emails are being sent out and received. Are you 100% certain you are using your @hotmail.com address?

Why did I have to reset my password again?
TGO David replied to 94user's topic in Feedback and Support
Dunno. You're the first person to report that. The issue from the first upgrade was the fact that you were a member back in 2008 when we used entirely different software. The upgrade broke the way your old password was being interpreted. Basically it also means you were using the same password since 2008 which is kinda bad. -
LOL I get it man. You're as entitled to take that stance as they are to take theirs. That's all I'm saying. Well, that and TGO really does seem to go through a different version of this conversation every time a new range opens. The key lesson in this seems to be a reminder that a lot of Pro-2A folks are also very liberterian at heart (small L). They don't like folks telling them what to do or how to do it.
-
We go through similar conversations any time a new range opens up... "They won't let me shoot reloads there? I'll never darken their doorstep!" "They require me to buy and shoot their ammo? I'll never darken their doorstep!" "They require a safety class before letting me shoot on their range? I'll never darken their doorstep!" "They won't let me do rapid-fire shooting on their range? I'll never darken their doorstep!" "They won't let me shoot my .454 Casull on their range? I'll never darken their doorstep!" "They won't let me shoot my NFA items on their range? I'll never darken their doorstep!" "They won't let me shoot human-shaped targets on their range? I'll never darken their doorstep!" "They charge HOW much? I'll never darken their doorstep!" "They won't let me shoot from a draw? I'll never darken their doorstep!" "They won't let me take head-shots on the targets? I'll never darken their doorstep!" Guess what, folks. There are plenty of people who will do whatever the requirements are to shoot on a state of the art facility. Clearly the people signing the big fat check to build the range get to dictate whatever terms they want. It's a free country. The NRA isn't perfect but no organization is. Church, fraternity, civic organization, take your pick. All have detractors. Only the NRA has a pimp-ass state of the art shooting facility about to be built in Murfreesboro. Besides, for each of you who say you won't shoot there, that's one more person I don't have to wait in line behind when I want to go shoot.

I have updated the Tapatalk add-on to the latest version this morning.

Yes indeed. Check out the new options in the editor too! There's now a Post Preview button that looks like a magnifying glass. Of course you won't see that in Tapatalk but it's there for the web site and native mobile view.

Please Note... I have upgraded our forum software to the latest this morning. A task to re-index threads and posts is underway and as a result for a few hours the "New Content" search will be lagging behind again. My apologies for the inconvenience.

So here's what pricing looks like... 20oz RTIC ... $30 30oz RTIC ... $35 I can save us some money on postage by using USPS First Class "Shoe Box" shipping for quantities 1-2 and the cost will be around $7.00 - $8.50 depending on where you are and whether it's just one or two in the box. The most expensive rate at $8.50 was sending one to Seattle, WA just to get an idea of what the outer limit of cost was going to be. So unless you live in Alaska or Hawaii you should be within that range. The Flat Rate boxes just cost what they cost. For 3-4 of these things we're talking about either the Medium Box or the Large Box. I am going to post these in the TGO Store today. -

Update 6/1/16... OMG!!!! It is proving to be damn difficult to get the ordering for these to work properly through our "Store" system. I may just end up asking you to send me your orders via a PM with your email address and then I'll invoice you via PayPal or something. Please don't do that just yet... still trying to get the ordering system to work properly. -
Send me a PM with your current email address and what password you want. I'll merge the two accounts.
-
Send me a private message with what the shipping address should be and I'll fix it.
-
The intent is for it to have some dimensional characteristics but I do not have one in my hands to tell you what it's like. This is all very preliminary.
-
What I've found with embroidered patches so far is that they require minimum quantities that exceed what we'll likely order.
-
I'm thinking I may have them texturize the red "field" of the flag and make the center icon 3-Dimensional.
-
I know... the stainless steel tumblers aren't up for sale yet and here I am talking about something else. Well, the tumblers should be posted on Monday (Memorial Day) and we'll do a pre-order window of about two weeks for them before I put the order in with the supplier, but I have something else in the works too. A few months ago we talked about doing some morale patches. It didn't get off the ground at the time, but I've sent out the proof image shown below to a few suppliers and am starting to get pricing back. I intend to move forward with these pretty soon as well. Right now I've been soliciting suppliers of PVC patches because they're a little cheaper and look better than embroidery, in my opinion, but I am willing to send it out to some embroidery shops also. Let me know what you think. I am also going to send our circular "icon" over to them to see what pricing looks like on them too. But these rectangular patches would be the typical 3" wide by 2" tall design that fits most hats, jackets and packs with velcro tabs on them.
