  1. My 2XL was accurately sized. Have you contacted them to see if they offer a size up, or perhaps could print that design on a different brand such as Gildan or Haynes? I know those two tend to run a little large.
  2. Yeah seems the upgrade today changed a few things there. I think I just corrected it.
  3. I never had any problems with them for almost 18 years of service in Nashville. I must be one of the lucky ones.
  4. Try the Sig P320 or the HK VP9 before you make a decision.
  5. This morning I have updated the forum software to the latest and greatest and have also upgraded the Tapatalk plug-in to the latest version. There have been some improvements made to the Private Message system in this version of IPBoard. You can read about them at the following link. https://invisionpower.com/news/new-in-4113-personal-messenger-improvements-r976/ As always, these improvements likely will not be visible in any way to you if you are using Tapatalk.
  6. I got excited earlier as I saw a tracking number and thought it said the delivery was due for today. Turns out I misread and it said that the items would SHIP today. Regardless, I am hopeful I will have the tumblers in hand by the end of the week. So yay! Should be able to start breaking down the shipment over the weekend and boxing them up to begin going out to you folks the first of next week as long as everything arrives on time!
  7. Hey... I don't write the software. This was actually reported as an issue with the developer back in 2015 but they offered a similar reasoning behind it as I did. No camel, though. May have been a squirrel or something. But I digress. They dismissed the bug report and said it was as they intended for it to be. I may open another issue with them again and see if they will make it available with a companion option for people to reject or block the invitation, as you'd stated.
  8. Can you tell me which forum? The Free prefix is available to anyone but may be blocked out of a particular forum. It would be easier if I knew where to start looking rather than go through each one at a time.
  9. A new version is in beta right now. Let's see if the release fixes this. If not, I will flag it as an issue with the developers.
  10. Not a glitch. It's the way the software works. A person can only be invited to a conversation; they cannot add themselves. Once a person leaves, the software assumes that they meant to and then does not allow others to add them back. Reason: I start a conversation with you and it's abusive. I call you a jerkface meany head. You leave. I add you back. I expand on why you're a meany head. You leave. I add you back and also insist that you were sired by a camel. You leave. I add you back... See what I mean?
  11. Guys, I honestly don't know how to reproduce the problem you are having. We're still seeing folks purchase stickers, Benefactor memberships, and a whole ton of the stainless steel tumblers recently via PayPal and Stripe both. This leads me to think maybe this is a client-side issue (your browser maybe) that is causing the problem and those are pretty difficult for me to troubleshoot. Check this link and see if you spot anything in your shopping cart: http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/store/cart/ If you do, maybe you have a pop-up browser or some other plugin that is causing your web browser not to refresh content when you add items to the shopping cart?
  12. Hmmm... only one other person reported this behavior in the past and it resolved itself without any intervention on my part. Have you tried it with the Stripe option versus Paypal? That would tell me if its a server issue or a Paypal issue.
  13. I'm anxious to see them. We ordered 72 of these so it was a fairly sizable order. Lots of fun!
  14. Quick Link.... http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/notifications/options/ As you adjust your notification settings, the forum will eventually prune out the things in your Notifications list that you no longer care about seeing. Some of the tasks to prune things like this run once every 24 hours so it may not happen immediately.
  15. I wanted to provide an update: The final approval to go to production with our order was given today so we are probably 8-10 days out before they ship to me, probably 4-5 days of transit time, and then I will be breaking out the individual purchases and getting them shipped out to all of you.
  16. Man, I really hate that they got the angle wrong on some of the artwork. That's just complete lack of quality control on their part. Please let them know so that they can fix it for you! I'll be contacting them as well to express my displeasure about this.
  17. I will float this past the IPBoard developers and see if they are aware of this being an issue for any other customers. Maybe there's a correlation.
  18. I appreciate all of the feedback, folks.
  19. You're not alone. Mine hasn't arrived yet either. I'm hoping soon!
  20. I suppose that is a reasonable amount of time, but it's a bummer that they screwed it up to begin with,
  21. Very glad to hear they stepped up quickly. Please let me know how quickly they remedy this, too?
  22. Believe me, I have spoken with several of the moderators numerous times over the past few years about potentially jettisoning all political conversations that have nothing to do with the Second Amendment from the forum entirely. Some folks on TGO seem to be oblivious to the idea that the right to bear arms crosses both sides of the political aisle and that a gay Democrat from New York can be just as passionate about her right to own an AR-15 as a barrel-chested, corn-fed Republican country boy who served two tours in Afghanistan and presently works in the oil fields of Texas to support his wife and 2.5 kids is. We are all supposed to be here to talk about firearms, the Second Amendment, shooting stuff for fun, and using these inanimate objects we all like as means to teach responsibility, put food on the table, keep us from taking up golf on the weekends, and protecting ourselves from those who would do us harm. I think if we stuck to talking about those things, we'd probably pick up a lot of traffic again. Come to think of it, I may have just talked myself into making that a policy change for TGO. Do we really need this place to be yet another damned fountain of political vitriol on the Internet? Unless it's directly related to Second Amendment issues, I think the answer to that is... NEEDS to be... NO.
  23. Overall traffic stats are similar to what they were this time last year. We almost always see a dip in traffic during the summertime; this is nothing new. We saw a spike in traffic recently that seems to coincide with the Orlando tragedy, but nothing near as dramatic as we saw after the tragedy in Newtown, CT. I attribute that bubble to "panic buying" and doubt we will see anything like it again unless the anti-Second Amendment crowd really makes headway and looks to stand a credible chance of destroying our right to bear arms. Let's hope that doesn't happen. Traffic on a web site, be damned, we don't need that in our lives. As for the correlation with the new software, I think some folks who were casual visitors may have found themselves locked out due to having not kept their email addresses up-to-date over the years and now being unable to reset their passwords. I've put notices about that everywhere I possibly can and have reset dozens of account passwords for people over the past few weeks. Anyone who is still butting their heads against that door might be past the realm of help. I mean, seriously, there are no less than four ways for a person to contact me to have their account reset. At a point, you have to assume the mouse just isn't going to find the cheese... Beyond all of that, the feedback we've gotten about the new software seems to fall into three categories, as expected. 1. I like it 2. I don't have an opinion 3. I don't like change of any sort If you are in Camp #3, you ought to give it a chance but have probably made up your mind that you won't. I doubt I can help you.
