  1. I have an MGW Pro sight press and a myriad of handgun-specific "shoes" for it. I don't mind doing sight installs for people but meeting up with me on my schedule can be incredibly difficult, which is why I don't volunteer for it very often.
  2. Sure. My favorite is still my Glock 19 but that's because I am insanely pragmatic when it comes to this. I have a slew of others that I am very fond of, enjoy shooting, and even have all of the necessary "carry gear" for, but the gun that I carry the most is the one that I love the most because of its simplicity, reliability, size and capacity. It won't win any beauty contests, but that's not its purpose. You take Mike Tyson to a fight, not Gisele Bündchen.
  3. I'm not seeing any emails. I will send you a PM.
  4. Additional information of interest to Unlicensed Persons (those not possessing a Federal Firearms License) as provided by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) may currently be found at the following link: https://www.atf.gov/qa-category/unlicensed-persons#shipping-firearms-carrier
  5. Be Aware: A person not licensed under the Gun Control Act (GCA) and not prohibited from acquiring firearms may order a firearm from an out-of-state source and obtain the firearm if an arrangement is made with a licensed dealer in the purchaser's state of residence for the purchaser to obtain the firearm from the dealer. [18 U.S.C 922(a)(3) and (5), 922(b)(3), 27 CFR 178.29] The ATF's Code of Federal Regulations, Part 178 - Commerce in Firearms and Ammunition is available at the following link: http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/CFR-2000-title27-vol1/pdf/CFR-2000-title27-vol1-part178.pdf What This Means: Essentially this means that it is legal for private parties residing in different US States to engage in the private transaction of a firearm, but only if the transfer is done through a licensed dealer (FFL) in the purchaser's state of residence. The FFL in the purchaser's state will be responsible for receiving shipment of the firearm and facilitating the background check and fulfilling all other legal requirements applicable in the purchaser's state before allowing the firearm to transfer to the purchaser. It also means that a seller in one state cannot legally ship or otherwise convey or transfer ownership of a firearm to a recipient in another state without going through a licensed dealer (FFL). Bypassing this process would be in violation the Federal Gun Control Act. There are many ways available on the Internet to locate a licensed dealer (FFL) in the United States, easily obtained by using an Internet search engine, such as Google. One such source might be https://fflgundealers.net/. Our Opinion: Our opinion is that a person selling on TGO to an out-of-state individual should enter into that transaction with extreme caution and ensure that Federal and State laws are being followed to the letter. While interstate Private Party sales are possible and in some instances make sense, we would recommend trying to limit your sales to in-state buyers for the sake of simplicity. Consider that there are various ways that an interstate transfer could potentially "go wrong" and weigh your risks against the potential gains. 6. Another vote for SmugMug. I've been using them for about 9 years now and can't imagine not using them.
  7. Sorry but that's not possible. It's not the way the software is designed.
  8. Posted earlier today.
  9. That is very cool. I would imagine that a lot of shoppers would have passed it over because of how it looks but, as you pointed out, that is perhaps the one thing about it that makes it so very unique.
  10. Well, some good does come from Tapatalk after all if that's how you found us. I am not sure what the deal is with it not showing pictures and such. I'll email the developers and see if they offer any support this time around.
  11. Just testing this out. Might see about adding it to TGO officially. Feel free to give it a spin, but be warned that the statements made within may be unfiltered and may express views and opinions that are not necessarily those of Tennessee Gun Owners, the Owner or Staff of TGO or their respective employers, etc. https://discord.gg/MFjNhue I'll be hanging out in it some this evening.
  12. I may have just figured out how to kill that.
  13. I've upgraded to a newer version of that ridiculous software against my better judgement. See if it works now, please.
  14. I don't know why I continue trying to provide access to TGO via Tapatalk. It is such utter garbage.
  15. I see a revolver as your profile picture. I don't understand what you're reporting?
  16. Why not check out Discord instead of TeamSpeak? It looks like it is free and hosted on their servers. https://discordapp.com/
  17. Did you try this?
  18. Sunday, February 5, 2017 I have upgraded the forum software to the latest version. Release notes that may be of interest to you are as follows. Pinterest share link has been added Two Factor Authentication Images embedded in the editor can now have an alternative title set for accessibility Users signing in through social services, such as Facebook, will no longer be required to validate their email address When a location is specified for a Calendar Event, the address will be shown underneath the map. The map itself should also be more accurate now. Errors caused by third party applications / plugins will now be clearer. CKEditor updated to 4.6.2
  19. I am still looking into options so that others don't have to try to fork out cash for an alternative.
  20. Try clearing your browser cache. I am not getting it at all on any devices now. Let me know if that works?
  21. Disagree with Glocks or any other striker-fired handgun being considered double-action. Lazy gun magazine scribes tried to force striker-fired handguns to fit into that box an finally gave up and resorted to calling them Striker Fired to distinguish them from SA and DA handguns. I understand where you are coming from, but it was messy back in the day when the industry tried calling them that and thankfully most folks moved past it. Then of course there are the companies that tried using the term "Safe Action" and just confused it further. Striker-fired actions are a variation on Double Action Only if you choose to look at it that way, but they lack two of the resets that are hallmarks of DAO. But hey, look at the bright side: We can add this to the things that folks can debate ad-nauseum, like: 1911 vs Glock 1911 vs Anything Glock vs Anything 9mm vs 45ACP Toilet Paper: Over or Under
  22. Not true at all; both guns are striker fired which is different from either single action or double action. Single Action = Hammer must be cocked manually or is cocked by the action of the slide reciprocating. As in a 1911. Double Action = Hammer is cocked and released by the full cycle of the trigger. As in a Sig P229 DA. Striker Fired = The striker may be partially cocked or fully cocked by the action of the slide, and is then released or the cycle completed and released by the trigger. The difference between the Sig P320 and the M&P is that the M&P has a trigger safety, much like a Glock. The Sig P320 does not.
  23. Just so you guys know, I have ZERO control over the chat feature. It is 100% hosted with IPB. Also, they are planning to retire it entirely at the end of March, so... sorry.
  24. Surely more gun owners can sign this. The turnout is pretty sad.
