  1. IIRC, As long as you maintain possession of the finished rifle and you build it yourself, no FFL is ever involved.
  2. I think it depends on how the fluid is changed if potential damage can be done.   If a shop uses one of the machines that flushes the fluid then you're asking for trouble by some crud breaking loose if the fluid is old.      I've got a Volvo that I've changed the fluid on but there is a procedure you can do that is more like a "transfusion" (no pun intended) than a flush.  It puts no more velocity on the fluid than normal driving so there's not much chance of anything breaking loose.   It does take quite a bit more fluid to do the change using this procedure but it's worth it by not risking damage.
  3.   Yes.  You have to buy either the 6 month or 1 year membership.
  4. Wow, someone that likes to clean guns. Can I bring mine to you? Welcome aboard.
  5. I'm guessing that Carney gets thrown under the bus with the hopes that it blows over. Unfortunately I think Hillary and Obama will walk away untouched.
  6. Could you cut it with one of those portable band saws?
  7. I was following you until you got to using the silicone to mount the hammer head. Please explain.
  8. I agree that it's a good video and well illustrates the point. The anti's would still counter with, "we never said you could only have one magazine".
  9. Is this a joke? This can't be real.
  10.
  11.   Yea...all Holder has to do is pull out the one he sent to Kansas and make the appropriate substitutions for MO.
  12. They should schedule to be on Jerry Springer and get all this worked out. Any chance money had anything to do with the early 30's woman marrying 83 year old Gaston...nawh I didnt't think so.
  13. Why does just about every proposed law now have to be called ...so and so Act? Do they think it makes the crap they peddle stink less or seem more noble?

    The Purge

Yes I know it's a movie but Hollywood doesn't make movies that they don't think people will watch. If everyone is bent on trying to reduce violence, why do they have an interest in watching this stuff? I guess this is why I rarely go to the movies.
  15. I was checking on the status for someone and it asks for DL and confirmation number. I've tried the application number, receipt number, batch number and none work. Can someone clue me in on this confirmation number?
  16. When he was attaching the cord to the desk, I had visions of Wiley Coyote and the desk following him out the window...
  17. Yea...kinda like a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.
  18. I also agree a 20 gauge might be your best option. If you are set on a pump then check out the Knoxx recoil reducing stocks. As said earlier a semi will lessen the recoil. Also, Benelli has some recoil reducing models from what I remember.

  20.   Because that's what the voices told him.  :)
  21. Yea, their 8 corner turbo crust is the best IMO. On a reheat I'll use the oven and it's pretty decent the second time around.
  22. Very nice! I really like that paint scheme from what I call tell. I don't think I've seen that one in person. How about a few more pictures? Maybe a side and an engine shot.
  23. My choice would be Nugent. He has a style that is enjoyable to watch.
  24. I see what you did there...:) Don't those comments go in the "Why I hate cyclists thread"?
  25. People spend money on what they feel is important to them. I'll leave it at that.
