  1. It's easy to miss the very first accident but someone please tell me where that car came flying from.    Maybe that one scene was from a movie they just added for effect.   Some lucky people in some of these videos.     http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=5RAaW_1FzYg
  2. Looks great! How do you like the cheek pad on the Knoxx? I've thought about adding one to mine but not sure. With the Knoxx you definitely have to watch where you place your cheek. So how many rounds can you carry?
  3. Nice knife. I like the full ground look of this one along with the cool pattern in the wood. Great job.
  4. Don't take comments as negative because it's not intended that way. I would visit the store but would I, and others, buy enough to keep you in business? I'm not sure. Is it possible to research how many stores of this type make it and how many don't? How many stores are already out there? If it was a lucrative type of business wouldn't there be more? Be sure to do your research to find out what would make your store unique. I think the training aspect would be an important part to keep the traffic up. Good luck!
  5. Please comment further as to its advantages.
  6. Anytime you can get on the Trace is a bonus. Speaking of Loveless, are they still posted?
  7. Gas did the trick for me. I was weed eating some tall grass by a lake several years ago and hit a nest in the ground. I didn't realize it until they started stinging me. Got me more than a dozen times. They were on me so bad I almost jumped in the lake but it was about 7 ft down a rock bank otherwise I would have.
  8. Interesting info on the switching of foods. Funny pics...the dog sitting on top of the other one seems to be saying "excuse me but this is MY seat".
  9. Ditto on the grain free. A lot of dog foods contain grain but dog's bodies can't process it. Companies use grain as a cheap filler and fillers have no nutritional value. Grain free contains more protein. It's just me but I only buy US made food. Also, it's best to find a brand you like and stick with it rather than switching all the time.
  10. Cool. Thanks for going the rescue route. I've seen bumper stickers that say, "who rescued who?" beside a dog paw.
  11. Of course you have to otherwise you couldn't walk straight. :)
  12. I've got a couple of hats including a TGO one. I usually reserve those for range times since I don't want to advertise the chance I'm carrying to the general public.
  13.   Welcome aboard...On the Wally walk, resist the need to keep touching the gun to make sure it's still there...it is.  :)
  14. Thanks for the link, that's pretty neat.
  15. Do want! Please enlighten me as to what that device is.
  16. I still like my DM Bullard.  Worth a look if you want all leather.  Not as thin as a hybrid I guess but again, I wanted something all leather myself.  See my post from long ago for a review.   http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/30355-dm-bullard-dual-carry-holster-fs-mp40/?hl=+bullard%20+m   If you want to test drive mine and you get to Nashville enough to work out a meet, shoot me a PM.
  17. It's typically 4 hrs in class, 4 hrs of range time so it goes by faster than you might think.
  18. As mentioned, they are jacketed and you are correct about the brass color...they are brass jacketed. MG's are top quality. They've gotten a bunch of my money over the years.

This is what I do as well.   Other of my family members have the M&P Shields in 9 and 40.  I can still sneak it in a pair of cargo type shorts with a pocket holster like Uncle Mikes.
  20. Speaking of which, I'm confused on the "Tokarev type pistol" part, isn't that normally a 7.62x25?
  21.   Don't forget to sue the farm equipment and fertilizer makers...
  22. I guess that's why you're called TheDrip....
  23.   You ain't kidding.            Any time I see someone going...choo, choo, choo...they are generally imitating a train.   Maybe he was never able to also make a whistle noise before everyone ran off.
  24. Not sure what you guys are ranting for, it's only 7 billion dollars. :)
  25. Very cool story.   Continue to teach her well.    Life lessons are not soon forgotten.
