One of the things I found interesting was around the 0:19 mark.   The brown goat is kinda saying "I'm King of the Mountain" and the big goat that's tied up pushes on the metal in order to try and get the brown goat off.   No such luck and the brown goat rares up a little and seems to say, ha.

Since there's several rifles around, maybe it's like what people do when flying by wrapping identifying tape so their luggage is quickly ID'd at baggage claim. You don't want someone to grab your rifle by mistake. :)

On the RC helo video it looks like there is another hole under the main sink hole. If so, the thing might get bigger before this is over.

I friend of mine is on the board of directors there so I just called him.  He was obviously upset but was glad no one got hurt.   He said he was just there on Monday for a meeting.   The car he donated to museum was not involved   He will likely be traveling back down to see how they will handle the damage and hopefully a recovery attempt.

How much diameter increase are you seeing? Just wondering if it's thick enough to cause problems compared to the barrel diameter?

As others have said Patton's post has some good info. To the OP, please clarify if you're looking for a carry gun or a HD gun. If it's a HD gun, pick something larger and easier to shoot than a j frame. If it's a carry gun, while the j frame will work, most women don't find them fun or easy to shoot. My wife has a 642 with a Crimson Trace laser but much prefers to shoot the Shield. YMMV.

  Kinda hard for someone to demonize guns and take credit at the same time.   

I've got that lower vise block and it's really nice because you can set the angle where you want and it's got a rubber stop on top so you can dry fire the trigger group to test for proper function.

As others have said, that's awesome! I hope things work out and you'll get to play with them regularly. That would be quite the opportunity.
