1. Not saying I agree with their policy but if you read the permission policies on a lot of app's it says about the same thing more or less.  I do believe FB would be more likely to exercise those permissions than other apps.
2. Holy freaking cow. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
3. Yea. Pretty sweet. What caliber was the bolt action? Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
4. I only use factory loads for carry. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
5. Very nice indeed. How's the handle feel in your hand? It looks like it would fit like a glove. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
6. I'm liking that portable filter system linked above but I would substitute a rotary hand pump to eliminate the power requirement. If I had one of these that would be the ticket for longer term water needs since I'm about 1/4 mile from the Harpeth River. While not ideal, at least it would provide a large supply of water. Water straight from the river could be a gray water source. I do need to add to my rain barrel capacity. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

10.
For $350 new, they just can't be beat. I think they are one of the best values on the market.
I haven't priced one recently but I seem to remember the current pricing is higher than that. I was thinking low $400 ' s but could be wrong.
11. Shield and a FS M&P gets my vote. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
12. I stopped in a while back just to check out their selection. Looked the cases for a while before any of the employees said anything to me and asked if I needed anything. I think there was one other customer in the shop. I kinda felt like I was back in Guns & Ammo but with a little larger gun selection. I haven't been back at this point even though I pass it every workday. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
13. You might check out priceline.com. You can make offers on what you want to pay for the vehicle and then see if a rental company will accept it. In some cases you can get cheap rentals. The thing that will hurt your chances is the type of vehicle you need. Their stock is not as deep so the chances of a company having unrented vehicles is lower. That's basically how the site works. The rental company would rather take a lower rate than have a vehicle sitting there. Even if you don't book through them it's a great site to see all the companies rates on the different vehicles in one place. Also, don't be afraid of renting from some of the smaller companies since you'll get cheaper rates most of the time. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk

15. It's still a current model which is linked below.   It can be ordered if your LGS doesn't have one.     http://www.smith-wesson.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product4_750001_750051_766181_-1_757768_757767_757751_ProductDisplayErrorView_Y
16.   Dang, that was a good deal.
17.   For the price I'm pleased.   I have the non-illuminated reticle version.   I have it mounted with this.   http://burrisoptics.com/arpepr.html   The QD version.
18. I ended up putting a 1-4x Bushell AR Optics on mine. It's a decent scope for the money IMO. Much cheaper than your price range. http://www.bushnell.com/tactical/rifle-scopes/ar-optics
19.   Done drunk the Kool-aid... :)
20.   Just a suggestion but I found this tool made the job much easier.   http://www.midwayusa.com/Product/199200/wheeler-engineering-screwdriver-bit-s-and-w-rebound-slide-spring
21.   This made quite a bit of improvement on mine.     https://apextactical.com/store/product-info.php?pid49.html
22. I'm going to throw out two grips that I've found to work on the J-frame and still make it just as easy to pocket carry but has controllable recoil.     I ran across a set of these at a small gun shop for about half retail so I bought them.  http://www.smith-wesson.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product4_750001_750051_764629_-1_757998_757843_757837_ProductDisplayErrorView_N   I know you're saying, are you crazy putting wood grips on a J-frame... but don't knock it until you've tried the right set of grips.   I think what made it work for me was it filled the palm of my hand perfectly and didn't allow the gun to try and move in my hand.   I could shoot numerous rounds of +P loads with no problem.   I used those grips for several years.  The other nice thing was the grips didn't have any drag on drawing the gun out of a pocket.      The current set of grips I've used for several years are these.   http://www.crimsontrace.com/products/manufacturer/smith-wesson/01-1680   I was listening to a podcast from Massad Ayoob several years ago talking about how much more shootable and accurate it was for him using these grips.   When Mas talks, I listen.    I found a new set on Ebay for much much less than retail and gave them a try.    I've been really impressed with these grips and will continue to use them indefinitely.  They are very small and slim but have a covered backstrap so it's still comfortable to shoot and I find myself to be more accurate and get off quicker shots with the laser.  I know some folks say lasers are a bunch of crap, but to each his own.
23. You guys clearly don't understand that, "it's for the children" which makes it a wonderful device. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
24. Actually I knew that, I just wanted to stir the pot a little.  :)
25.   Who's the turd that would do something like that?....
