1.   Please share if you don't mind.  I'm guessing at least one of the TN bikes is a Litespeed.    If the other TN bike is a different brand, maybe a Lynskey or a Cysco?
2. Nice!! I guess it's the angle but that barrel looks shorter than 18".
3. Guys, regarding the printed or audio versions, be sure to check with your local library first unless you want to keep the copy for yourself. My library had both so I took advantage of my tax dollars at work.
4. Unbelievable riding and scenery...
5. Some of the new free floating hand guard systems today have gone to using a barrel nut that doesn't have to be timed with the gas tube which makes the process a breeze.   I used a Yankee Hill Machine SLR series on my TGO build and was quite happy.
6. Well... your name says you have a suspiciousmind so it would be normal to wonder. :)
7.   Your comments shed some insight into a recent experience of mine.   We have fostered rescued dogs before and a couple of weeks ago we agreed to foster a senior Mallinois mix (about 8-10ish).  It was our first experience with this breed of dog and it did present some challenges.   She was a very loving dog that loved to be petted continually but showed some of the tendencies you mentioned.   We were torn and discussed keeping her but there was too much turmoil with our other two permanent dogs.      She is now in process of being adopted by a family that has another senior Mallinois.    We are hoping that all goes well with her new home.
8. Or locked for that matter...
9. What's the info for the one on the bottom right?
10. What's the details of this specific series that make it more desirable than the typical Python?
11. I almost never use the term. I grew up with "black" and that's what I use. As others have said, the term was devised to keep the slavery history alive and festering.
12. Probably more like trying to figure out what kind of food you have in your hand... :)
13. Here is a link to another TGO thread that linked an evaluation of a bunch of lubes.   Hornady's One Shot did very well in his tests.   YMMV.   http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/topic/80911-great-evaluation-of-lubes-and-rust-preventatives/
14. Not 100% sure but probably a reference to "in God we trust" on our money.
15. I'm not sure how much you want to spend on a barrel but after reading a bunch on info on the cold hammer forged process I wanted to go that route.  I ended up going with a Daniel Defense barrel in a 18" 5,56 S2W version and couldn't be happier.   Linked below is the one rifle length version in 300 BLK I saw.    Note that the S2W profile is basically a heavy profile barrel so it does add some extra weight.  Also note that they have the salt bath nitride finish inside and out instead of chrome lined if that matters to you.   The SBN from what I understand is more durable than chrome lined barrels.        https://danieldefense.com/16-300-blk-s2w-carbine-chf-barrel.html
16. That is a nice looking pistol for sure!!!
17. Speaking of gender and sexual orientation, Phil Valentine was talking yesterday about a guy that was having a sex change so he could be a lesbian.
18. The Python would be very high on my list.
19. ^^^^^   Same here.
20. There was an interesting comment you made in your post. You said that you had owned both in the past. Unless there was a financial reason to sell, I find that telling that you must have not been that fond of them in the past. I'd say get the one you miss the most but as others have said I'd get the GP100 over the SP101 unless it's going to be carried.
21. Since the slide and frame are the parts to be coated, could you send the stripped frame and slide and not have it qualify as a firearm?
22.
I don't plan on getting out and about where all the madness would be happening...
Agreed but sometimes you dont always get advanced warning...
23. So sorry to hear about your loss. I only got to meet Rosco one time but I could tell how much he meant to you by the way you introduced him to me. It was obvious you two were great buddies. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
24. Yea...I hope it doesn't turn out like Walmart which is much different now than when Sam was alive. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
25. If it's just decorative, you can get with a company that does 3D laser scanning and then 3D printed. Not cheap though. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
