Good to hear that! See, I told you fostering dogs, especially puppies, can hectic at times but is very rewarding. It is very hard at first when they get adopted and you watch them leave, but it gets easier knowing they are going to a loving home. One tip, especially on puppies, try to foster in multiples because two or three is easier than one because they have buddies to play and sleep with. And it's also okay from time to time to be a foster failure. :) Good luck in your new endeavors!

I also read David Crawford's Lights Out and agree it is lighter than One Second After and some of the similar books. I enjoyed the book but after reading several books of this genre, many of the story lines and outcomes are similar.

How about going even cheaper and get several Hi Points? Even though they are butt ugly, I hear they are very reliable and you can't hardly beat the price.

Yea, that's what I was thinking too. I know Ruger was catching a lot of crap recently on how ugly the American pistol is. In my opinion this is uglier than the Ruger.

As MP5 said, some ranges state that if the brass hits the ground it becomes their property. Bend of the River in Cookeville is that way. Yea, that happened to me in 2008 when Fred Thompson was running for president and he dropped out between when I early voted and the normal primary election day. Flushed my vote down the toilet.

I think you're going to have more of a problem of finding someone that WILL do it, rather than CAN do it. I would suggest just finding a nice Security Six and leaving the gun in it's factory condition.

Does anybody else get this green buildup on their bolt with Wolf Gold? I've gotten this on two different rifles. It's the only ammo that does this on me.

  Yep.   That's the safest route to go.     Same reason people set up trust funds for kids.    Otherwise dad's money is gone in the blink of an eye.
