  1. The Talon Gun Grip tape in the granular style comes pretty close IMO. I run the rubberized style as a compromise and I'm happy.
  2. I would agree. Go forth and purchase my friend.
  3. The slide down the slope just started. Other states like CA won't be outdone by them.
  4. Welcome back. Are you thinking of Tapatalk?
  5. Please explain how you can have all gun sales/transfers go through a background check, IF you want true enforcement of the law, without knowing "who has what". I'm not trying to pick a fight, I'm just not seeing it.
  6. Question here, do you think people would have responded differently if the following language had been added? 59. Do you support or oppose requiring background checks for all gun buyers, if the only way to do so, would be to have a National Gun Registry Database? People have debated this before and I'm not aware of someone coming up with a way to truly enforce private sales through background checks without having all guns registered. It's unfair to ask someone a question like that unless they know how the law will be enforced.
  7. Thanks for the update and info. I guess I really showed up late for the party.
  8. That is so funny! Gotta love statistics humor.
  9. Some of you that have been on TGO for a while will remember that BimmerFreak (Joe), that also used to be involved with Hero Gear in Winchester, started a business endeavor producing the Battle Mug several years ago. Great guy that I got to meet a couples of times at the shop. I noticed that it made on Fox's best tactical gifts for Father's Day this year. Way to go Joe! Here's to continued success! http://www.foxnews.com/tech/2016/06/16/6-best-tactical-drinking-gifts-for-fathers-day.html
  10. Ha. I took me a minute to realize what you meant.
  11. I was thinking the same thing, but in general the postings other than the election stuff seems to have slowed down even before the upgrade.
  12. Great to hear you have the opportunity to become buddies with Moose. A new dog doesn't totally fill the void of your loss, but it sure plugs as much of the void you're willing to let your new buddy fill. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
  13. Thanks for posting. Unfortunately the people that need to see it won't. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
  14. Yeah, the bald guy with the beard seemed to be the most informed. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
  15. From what I understand, France has the rifle bans and yet they had many more killed. A lot of good their ban did... Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
  16. Thanks, that's pretty cool. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
  17. Hey, what's the details on the collapsible stock and short buffer tube? I'm not familiar with that setup. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
  18. The bad thing about that is, lowers can't just stay lowers, they want to grow up and be a real AR someday, requiring more cash outlay.
  19. Thanks for the video. Since we're on the subject of Dave. I thought this was worth posting up. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5dD4_9o3a8g
  20. Yeah, don't use the round. The brass where it's deformed is stretched thinner than normal now. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
  21. I found it funny that a discreet bag like that would have Colt's name on it.
  22. Very nice. So the middle layer is kydex? One would think that would make it too stiff. What is the overall thickness? Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
  23. I highly agree. One of my family members had a detached garage put up over one winter and it took well past the summer for the moisture get completely out of the concrete. It seemed to want to sweat all summer.
  24. Can you slip off the handguard to get a closer look to find the leak point? Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
  25. Really nice work on both pieces. I think you have a talent for this and could sell them if you have any desire to do so. Keep them coming!
