  1. Thank you kindly gentlemen. JAB, I don't know if I did the striker rod loop correctly or not, but I thinned out a piece and doubled it over, then wet formed for the loop. So I then had to cut a space in the welt for that to replace. Don't know if that was the right thing to do, but we shall see. I've been trying to learn all I can from this "kid" in England named Ian Adkinson. Found him on YouTube and have been amazed by his work. Now if I can just catch up.:)
  2. Very good looking knife!
  3. I need to learn some better ways, and actually get a few tools. Maybe then it wouldn't feel like a life sentence from start to finish.
  4. Still have work to do on this one, it's not finished yet. I'm learning as I go.
  5. Some reason it won't let me upload the third picture, which the Kabar sheath I just made.
  6. Another friend's karambit. A pain in the nether regions. Sorry for all the leather debris.
  7. For a friend's Esee 5.
  8. Good googly moogly, you can just SEE the sharpness!

    Too much

Don't know what you and your family have going on, but I don't need to. The Lord Jesus Christ does, and He is the Rock that we can lean on. May the Lord give you strength and peace, and make His presence known in your lives.
  10. Women! All the same!
  11. I was just kidding. That was a joke about a quote off of "Jeremiah Johnson." That must have been a heckuva pet to have.
  12. Dat-gum phone caused a double post.
  13. She never did get used to you did she?
  14. Yeah, I know, but, but, but............
  15. That's the same thing I thought! Looks like time for a can of carb cleaner and a Zippo!
  16. Jjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrkkkkkkkk! Nice acquisition!
  17. I really can't say it any better than this. I thought about detail stripping my son's 92FS, but I know how many tiny parts 'n springs are there, and I got skeered. I love CZ75s too. But I'll always have my G19 around. I call it the Estwing hammer of guns, ain't the purdiest, but I've never personally broken one. That said, I can't seem to pull myself away from my Kimber TLE either. I'll sometimes detail strip it just because I enjoy it, and I've gotten that one so hot before that I had to lay it on the tailgate to cool off, but I've not been able to make it choke.
  18. Well? Ya gonna pull them pistols, or whistle Dixie?
  19. I just got word tonight that there's supposed to be one, or something like it, in Erin of all places. I haven't been able to verify it though.
  20. This psychotic narcissist needs to go away.
  21. YEP! Duct tape in reserve! You only break out the duct tape if it's really bad.
  22. Well, I'm gonna start out tomorrow with an Estwing, vise grips, and baling twine.
  23. Blame it on typing while tired and assuming that part would be assumed, which, I assume, was a bad assumption.  He sent some rounds with it. Yes, I'm going to shoot it soon as I get the chance and verify what he's talking about, then work on it. Which will probably be Thursday morning, I assume.
