  1. More complete answer to the OP question (not to mention less critical) 39-17-1351 (t) I too would have a problem with the gun atop the car. Who's going to know it's me? Just about everybody! My town is smaller than Cookeville. I can hear it now: "heard you were busted" "why did they take your gun?" "why do you carry a gun, anyway?" "looking for trouble?" "concealed means concealed." And for every such comment I heard, there would be 10 more behind my back, so to speak.BTW, I thought "thicker skin" was reserved for those who open carry
  2. Got one - a temporary fix for small blems, slightly better than a sharpie.
  3. Hey, watch it with the banjo stuff - I resemble that remark!
  4. Prayer offered, for all.
  5. Done... My late grandfather served in the Great War, although not as famously as another local resident.
  6. First point - unless your pants are already too tight, you should be OK, at least with the Bersa. YMMV. "Relaxed fit" is another option that may work. Belts are another story - but you need a quality gunbelt anyway IMO - get a size larger.
  7. Breach of promise?
  8. Why not? After all he is a noble piece of work... BTW, all the recent earthquakes were caused by Alfred Nobel rolling over in his grave...
  9. Related, from World Net Daily (yeah, I know...) Homeowner wins 1st battle against city inspections Judge stops eviction of man who refused to let code officials enter A resident of Landsdowne, Penn., is back in his house today, after a federal judge ordered the city not to enforce eviction of the homeowner for refusing to allow code officials to enter and inspect his home. 11. Hunting is an affirmative defense, assuming the park is open to hunting, with the proper license, in season, and carrying an appropriate weapon for the type of game.
  12. Re Mosins: I've yet to have a bruise on my shoulder as big as the grin on my face!
  13. Nice! Now open up one of those tins, get to the range, and foul that bore!

  18. Can you post the lot number? I bought a couple of boxes, so far they're just fine. The other box is unopened, and I bought them at different times and locations. Thanx
  19. Viva Clarks-vegas!!!
  20. Big South Fork is under the National Park Service, and NP carry is not in effect until next year. Unless you're hunting, that is. That being said, I've never seen a BSF Ranger in the woods or on the river. They like their trucks.
  21. I'm in...6'-1", 232 lbs
  22. All wrong... Must have gravy...not that brown pasty stuff at KFC, either! And of course....sweet tea.
  23. The 365black website has a tab for feedback. I replied No to most of the answer buttons. There was a comment field for the question, "What do you think of our website?" (or something like that...not an exact quote.) To which I replied, "Close it down. I'm sick of racism in any pretext." "If you had called it, '365white', how would that be received?" "McDonalds must treat ALL their customers equally, and STOP favoring certain groups." FWIW...
  24. Got mine from SOG - $80, and their shipping ain't bad, either. The also have HotShot for $23 per 50 - got some. Also shot a box of .32 S&W thru mine, bulging cases, but no real problems. Fun gun for the money, IMO.
