  1. I have removed several of the plugs swapping safety models in out and for friends, adding said safety to one that didn't have Nd removing from ones that did etc. I do not see how it is possible that the plugs moved enough, without some outside forcei.e. Kitchen table smithing, to tie up one from working. They are very snug I mean cursing snug within the fire control group. And if the plugs are not put in correctly the fcg is not going back in. Now they are just made of polymer and I can see someone "trimming" the plugs to make it easier to reinstall the fcg. I was tempted a time or two myself. I would be willing to bet that is most likely what caused the gun to tie up, I just cannot believe the oem plugs and fcg without any modifications would do that.
  2. Here's mine. Oly arms gl-9 SBR doesn't have an optic on it right now, havn't made up my mind in what I want.
  3. Well I do have a 3 year old little terror.....
  4. Sadly, that kids workout routine makes me tired just watching.
  5. Kidney? Liver? Other body parts?
  6. Yeah, I bought mine online too, I was just hoping to find a local shop to avoid the wait.
  7. Ozarks Holsters hybrid, it is a Crossbreed type made by a member of the Sigforum, he usually has them out within a week and they are $50 for forum members. Lifetime warranty. I have one for every pistol I own. I dont know what he does different than the Crossbreed, but even if it wasnt cheaper, I would buy his over the CB.
  8. Vote for Jeff at GnL. He has done several things for me and always a good job and fair price/time.
  9. Its a private individual. Has 2 holsters also, it a little bit of a drive, but value wise I think it is worth it.
  10. I have a line on a LE model with 2 holsters for $650. Hopefully will be mine firstbof the week.
  11. So fondled one today and now have a itch for one. Who has one and what can you tell me about it.
  12. Got a LCP stainless slide and a TLR-6 for my Glock 43, some .22 ammo, a Benchmade Presidio auto and still have another family function with presents in about an hour. Do it was a very good Christmas present wise. I think they felt pity on me because I am working. And got my boys a Red Ryder and a Buck bb gun.
  13. Regardless of the outcome, thank you all for the generous opportunity and Merry Christmas to everyone!
  14. I ordered mine the first week the 43 was out and ordered the one for the 42 and it has been perfect.
  15. Merry Christmas!
  16. I have one in mine, greatly improved trigger pull and feel and no issues with light strikes. However I dont see how the connector would have an effect on that anyway.
  17. I wouldn't think so, after all the original rods were not captured.
  18. Some rollpins do, but if I recall correctly thisbpne is also accessible from the top of the slide and I would be more concerned woth the top of the slide being flush. Having said that, if the top is not flush, then yes I would take a punch and make it so.
  19. Which shop?
  20. I have been thinking about this a lot lately. My oldest is a huge fan, because dad got him to watch them, but thats another story. I plan on taking him, but even if there was not the crap going on and the state of the world, we would not be going until a week/ten days after it comes out and then only to a matinee. For several reasons, I HATE crowds and there always seems to be a ahole making noise or on their phone or some such if there are more than a handful of people in the theater, and the matinee is cheaper although it will still cost us $20. So to answer the question, I would not be surprised to hear something happened opening night/ weekend, and probably by some nutjob that wants to hear his name as opposed to a terrorist attack.
  21. I just got one of Kershaw's Launch 2 autos and while I love the knife, I prefer a partially serrated blade. Just feel that they are a more utilitarian design, at least for my uses. However Kershaw does not offer that on their autos, with no plans to in the future ( I emailed their cs). So I did a search , and there are several posts online about adding serrations, and how to videos etc. but I am not that guy. Now I have no problem sending to someone that would be more competent to have it done. Question is who? Does anyone have any suggestions or know someone?
  22. I think they changed the twist rate in the barrels to be more accurate with heavier bullets. Remember seeing that somewhere and what Musicman said about the triggers also.
  23. She is getting Iams, its what we haveall our dogs on. When we got her they were feeding her whatever was on sale, and my lord she hadthe worst caseof gas, it would clear thehouse out. Since she has been on Iams no more gas.
  24. The skin and hair issues (brittle and dry) have subsided with the lack if shampoo and proper shampoo.
  25. Another vote for the 19, I have 3 of them.
