Anyone else see the Glock teaser they posted on their facebook page this weekend? Fingers crossed I am thinking we will finally get to see the single stack 9mm at the NRA show in Nashville next month.

Yep, that's where I am leaning. The only thing out there I have seen is the Surefire's, and not much point in buying another of the same, so I am going to see what their famed warranty will do for it.

These SF pens weigh a ton for a pen, so when it's not clipped to my shirt I know it. And when you pay upwards of $100 you tend to pay more attention too. ?

Anybody use one of the so xalled tactical pens? I have been carrying and using a Surefire EWP-02 for about 4 years now and while it is a great pen it is starting to wear out the push button hangs up every so often and it has several nicks and scratches. Just wondering what wlse is out there that someone recommends. The only requirement I have is it be push button operation. Just cant seem to use the twist ones one handed. So whats out there, or should I just get another Surefire?

My wife and I have a very close friend (she is wife's co worker)who has been diagnosed with stomach and colon cancer. She previously had breast cancer and had a double mastectomy and surgery to repair the area. Has been doing well for about 5 years and just recently had trouble swallowing so she went for a checkup and thru a series of tests she found out about the new tumors. So my wife and a few of her friends want to take her out kind of as a celebration of life and to try and lift her spirits a little, thing is she cant really eat, they have her on a protein supplement type diet. So the normal dinner and drinks type outing really wouldnt be very much fun for the person you are trying to cheer up if they cant eat or drink alcohol. An outing to a shooting range was my idea and while my wife and the friend and maybe 1 or 2 others might enjoy that, the majority of her coworkers probably wouldnt show up. So I thought I would see if anyone had any ideas for an outing for them. Nashville area probably weeknight, Saturday afternoon could be worked out probably. Something for 3-4 hours or so for about a dozen people.

Been seeing Larry Vickers praise on this stuff and being a Vickers fanboy been considering picking up some since I am due some new cleaning products. Anyone here ising it? Is all the hype justified? Any local shops stock it?

I chose the Ameriglo I dot's, they also had the XS big dots and they carry the classic 3 dot but were out of stock at the moment. These are the first I dots I have seen in person, I like em they have the U notch rear and the front is nice and bright, not only the tritium but also the white ring I will try to get aome pics in a minute.
