  1. Never been in there myself. I used to go into Sam's Gun & Pawn in Bristol TN a bunch a couple years ago with a buddy, but it is not close for for me anymore. Was not educated enough then to know if prices were right. I really need to get time to drop by places. I would love to run into a couple things.
  2. That is Gunrunners... Indian Springs Armory is pretty decent. Not bought much there though.
  3. You might look at the WMA public lands. There are several not far from you.
  4. Ok Well hopefully the other link/info helped. I did some research years ago that I will post here for anyone that does have a tax stamp on a box. All public info, just have to dig a bit. A list of the acts related to ammunition tax and what changes occurred: ============================= 1937, Ch. 84: mentions a “privilege tax” which equals 3% of the retail sales price of the ammunition; no mention of specific amount 1945, Ch. 37: $.03 per box on center fire and shotgun shells; $.01 on rim-fire ammunition 1974, Ch. 481: all money from the ammunition tax goes to the Wildlife Resources Fund; no mention of specific amount of tax 1979, Ch. 179: $.05 on any ammunition box 1982, Ch. 738: amending language; no mention of tax amount 1989, Ch. 486: $.10 on any ammunition box ===========
  5. I spent a week in London and 2 weeks in Peak District National Park in Derbyshire back in the mid 90's. I was part of a student group doing trail maintenance and such in the park. So there is a cobblestoned path and wall that I had a hand in. I loved everything about it. Got to visit several non-tourist places in London I was revered to and then soak in the views in the park. Several days the moor was covered in fog and all you heard all day was sheep. By the end we hated that noise. Lol Pretty big trip for me. Farthest I had been before was D.C., and that was a group trip.
  6. Just saw this 2 barrel revolver in .22 WMR that fires both barrels at once. Interesting but gimmicky.. https://www.ballisticmag.com/2019/01/04/standard-mfg-s333-double-barrel-handgun/
  7. You got me curious. I found this posted. Evidentially the ammo could be reloaded without a press, but had proprietary bullets.
  8. @reed1285 Is there a TN Tax stamp on the USAC box? The amount of the stamp might let us zero in on the date it was bought. Here is some info from a quick search: https://forum.cartridgecollectors.org/t/38-usac/462/3
  9. Does the UK recognize dual citizenship? I know the US does not.
  10. https://www.pyramydair.com/airgun-experience/issc-m22-air-pistol/ They make a .22lr and a .177 airgun copy. The airgun even says .22lr on it. I think the red dot on the safety possibly shows it as a. 22lr though, so you are right. Both are "trainer" guns for Glocks.
  11. That is why the bottom is open... FUJIMO beat me to it.
  12. Or maybe it is a sheath or scabbard. Nice work either way. Not sure why the Morton Salt girl carrying a gun is tooled into it though. Lol
  13. Dang I just got a 43...and now there is a 43x......
  14. I got these from another member a while back in a group of stuff. I really thought I could identify them, but I am at a loss. They did not know. I figure someone here knows. Thanks up front
  15. What he said. There are lots of members out your way. Paying for a benefactor membership and posting here would probably net you a quicker sale, more money, or both. Heck it is $10 just to get in the show and that is only good for a day.
  16. You are gonna have to give USA tour!
  17. Gorgeous work! I love the shelf too. Do the cans open?
  18. A tech told me at their dealership they poured liquid glass into the oil pan and ran it a few minutes to distribute it. Once set up the engine was toast. Sad thing is few of the actual "junkers" got junked, but a lot of good vehicles did
  19. Yep and it hurt the used parts business since all were supposed to be crushed. Total waste.
  20. I forget, on mobile, how do we set an ad to closed? I tagged it sold. Thanks

  21. What year?
  22. @dralarms EBay maybe? 1986 Ford F-150 XLT in Ootelwah for $2800 ends in just over a day. 100% positive feedback for seller https://www.ebay.com/itm/1986-Ford-F-150-XLT/264102057596?hash=item3d7db5967c:g:1CIAAOSwi6dcISuK:rk:1:pf:0&vxp=mtr
  23. Mine was a joke.....mostly due to geography. I looked at buying one if there's or the filull size on Black Friday. Well and picking on Hipower was part of it.
  24. I got some of those from T-mobile a couple years back. Ended up just giving up remembering the last few $s.
