  1. If you don't mind keyed, you can go the cheap route. https://www.academy.com/shop/pdp/snapsafe-lg-lock-box#repChildCatid=5753501
  2. I'd be happy to call him my uncle. Looks like a man that knows what he is doing..well except for the way he has the hatchet....
  3. I can smuggle a gun into the safe. No way the wife would miss that in the driveway. Lol
  4. I have seen badgers in the UK. They could do some serious body damage. LoL
  5. (Man in back) Look at all these chairs someone moved around...Now I gotta clean up...
  6. Maybe to get a bit higher at the top end for aircraft?
  7. National Forest shooting ranges. Fee is usually $2 for the day. These are usually ok. They can get crowded in good weather. https://www.fs.usda.gov/activity/cherokee/recreation/otheractivities/?recid=34864&actid=106 There is not much public land that is just open shooting that I know of.
  8. “I would like to see every woman know how to handle [firearms] as naturally as they know how to handle babies.” -Annie Oakley

  13. "Only accurate rifles are interesting". - Colonel Townsend Whelen
  14. I don't and I am in the middle of a clear out of my basement. So I don't gave anywhere to put it at the moment. My normal luck.
  15. My guess still a good deal at $320 shipping. No stores close to me. Even if there were, I would be hard pressed to transport and unload. By the way their website just went down while I was looking. Get this now if you want it...
  16. Look between it and the guys. It looks like a stretcher built out of poles.
  17. Just some inspiration I finally dug back up. Saw it online so I don't take credit.
  18. I got in on the rebate on 00 a couple years ago. I think I have around 250 rounds of it. I figure that should last me a while. Lol
  19. On that thought from @peejman I hung one of these in my garage over my work area. I plugged into my power strip too. Cheap and easy to put up and swap since it is not hardwired. 4 ft shop light I have a strip like this mounted to the wall behind the work area. Plenty of plugs and up out of the way Power strip
  20. Totally up to you. You know what works in the space and how you want to use it exactly. I just like something that is good but free sometimes better than something perfect but expensive. Lol. I am a tightwad. But on the up side if you hate it later, you get a free vice to keep.
  21. A 1 day Uhaul might still be cheaper than buying. I had to do to that to pick up 2 futons when my borrowed truck fell through.
  22. Or how about free? https://nashville.craigslist.org/fuo/d/nashville-sturdy-work-bench/6828899197.html
  23. I have a kit like you built. Gotta get it together. Like this right? https://amzn.to/2XqIGqR If you don't mind drilling holes you might look for one of the stainless foodservice tables I see on Craigslist some. Something like this, just at a yard sale price https://amzn.to/2EAWVlF
  24. Posting this was a PR issue for Benchmade and not very thought out by the PD. Unfortunately guns do get destroyed that are not illegal in any way. The court and/or police department has the legal right to do that. Should they? Well obviously everyone has an opinion. I would prefer not. Ones that are illegal are a no brainer to destroy. Things like chopped up shotguns. My brother-in-law was in the army in Kuwait and had to cut up the guns from the amnesty box. He had no choice in his case. He said he cut up lots of nice stuff while a 2 star general observed. Apparently the previous guy that oversaw the box was reselling the contents for personal profit. I am sure some of that happens in the evidence lockers too.
