  1. I saw someone mention an 80% revolver on another forum. Anyone ever heard of something that resembles This? Of course they had no links or detailed info on it.
  2. No but that looks fantastic. lol
  3. One thing I forgot from last year. Even though net it ended up being $249 without tax, that required in store purchase to get the gift card. It might be possible to order online with instore pickup this year to get it at the same price after rebate as waiting in line.
  4. Yeah, at least they toss in the "edc" kit for the bit more it costs. Though I never see me using it. lol Unfortunately the $280 ($330 before rebate) becomes $330 ( $380 - $50) after shipping and tax. Then tack on $20 transfer. So before bgc it runs you $350 For the base 2.0. At Academy, if you manage to get in line in time you get the red laser model with edc kit for $349 before rebate which is $383 after tax. So $333 after rebate before bgc.
  5. Academy Sports ad https://www.bfads.net/stores/academy-sports/ads/black-friday
  6. Just another case of the litigation happy public at large looking to blame anyone else they can. If this gets too bad, lots of gun companies will just fold and sell out their designs to someone else.
  7. Best Buy's Black Friday Ad for PC comparison shopping https://www.bfads.net/stores/best-buy/ads/black-friday If you are looking at online backup, take a look at these guys. Backblaze backup

  12. From 2018 $299 for laser version with free $50 gift card.
  13. I woukd live to see Academy do the same deal on a Shield 2.0 as last year
  14. I have found that every time I try to work out a way to go cheaper on something it bites me in the ass. At least using the insurance gives you a fall back if the job is botched.
  15. My policy covers repair at $0 and replacement at $100. I have had Safelite put in what I was told was oem under that twice over the years. I have Nationwide.
  16. I hate to hear this. I did lots of dumb stuff with fire as a kid. I would have deserved to be burnt. When it is someone just minding their own business, it doesnt seem fair for them to pay for someone else's stupidity. My Dad and Mom have been to Vanderbuilt for several things over the years. I have always been happy with the care. Hopefully your grandson has to see the inside of the hospital as little as possible due to a speedy and easy recovery.
  17. Warm a guy next time. I almost lost my lunch. Man that is awful.
  18. Well tgat would make quite a wide spread.
  19. Have they even broke ground yet? News on that seemed to go stagnant pretty soon after the announcement
  20. Or..."Wow back in 2019 you could buy ammo!"
  21. Of course no one asked. They knew you were going squirrel or rabbit hunting. Well unless you were practicing by killing tin cans. And knives are tools. I feel lost without one in my pocket. In fact I carry 2 most days. I think I started more in high school though.
  22. what is the middle guy holding?
  23. Welcome!
  24. just to keep from making a separate thread. Interest6inh history rest of the text: SCAMP was designed to be controllable and accurate to fire. As such, it featured grips patterned after those found on target pistols, a bore set low over the hand to lower the center of gravity, and a burst-fire mode to allow multiple shots without the problem of prolonged recoil. There was also a recoil compensator built into the muzzle. The requirement for accuracy led to the design of an original cartridge for the SCAMP. The .223-caliber rifle round was first suggested, but was found to be too powerful for a handgun. The 9mm Parabellum round was also rejected for having a relatively heavy recoil, Into said in an interview. Into had also rejected the .22 Winchester Magnum, 5mm RRM, and .22 Hornet. The design team eventually settled on the .221 Remington Fireball as the basis of their new cartridge, leading to the design of a .224 caliber center-fire cartridge known as the .22 SCAMP. This round was somewhat shorter and narrower than the Fireball.
  25. This is suppossed to be gun pictures...wait about the 4th time I looked I saw the gun...
