That is when you call corporate support and forcefully, but politely, raise hell. If the rep you talk to can't ,(or won't) help, ask to speak to their supervisor, If they can't, ask to speak to THEIR supervisor. Repeat. Remain calm and polite, but voice your immense displeasure that you were lied to and cheated. If they say they can't cancel your the tablet plan without charging you, don't believe it. It is just paperwork. Far enough up the chain someone has the ability to do that. One caveat is if you dealt with a dealer store that is not corporate. If so go back to them and do the same thing. If they say they can't, tell them that you will contact corporate about this shady dealing if you are not taken care of. Again politely, but unwavering. All corporate call centers have a chain of command and policies in place if you escalate. At the very least you bother someone high enough up that they give in just to get you off their line. If you become belligerent or threatening though, the same people have policies about dropping your call like a hot rock.

So there are 2 pieces to the tube magazine. There is the inner tube that can be taken out and an outer tube that is fixed to the gun. Inner tube has a plunger like plastic piece on the end that goes into first. These did come in different capacities. For instance some help 18 shots and some 14. So are you saying the inner tube with the locking posts stops before it can get all the way into the outer tube that has the locking notches? Is it possible a bent shell is stuck down in there? Pictures would help us help you a lot.

I'd say with some of those guys, their Ma was the only person that could make them do anything.

I have the Steven's Model .22-.410 that was the predecessor to the Savage Model 24 you are referring to. Light, easy pointing gun.

Hunted with a .410 then 12ga growing up. If I went now, I would pull out a .410. Plenty of power as long as you watch your range. I am a decent shot, but lack if practice makes me unsure of a headshot with a .22 consistently. My FIL uses a .17 (HMR I think) because his shots are long to get to the squirrel tress from his porch. lol

Yeah Dad's photo skills leave a lot to be desired. I get lots of videos of their mutt dog riding the skate board belonging to the kids across the street. I am more interested in what this is than he is. So I doubt I will get any more pics or anything. Think he really just made it to cover up how bad his foot is doing.

Young bodies enjoy that thrashing better than us a bit older. I transplanted some of the purple basil that seeded into the flower beds into trays the other night. That way I can move it to somewhere better to drop seeds this time. lol That stuff spreads like fire. Wife wants a U shaped raised bed built this year. So I haven't put out anything. Came from family land east of Knoxville. While I can't say native for sure, the land has not had a lot of planting done on it, so I assume. Does look a lot like sweet gum branches. I assumed it was a sampling he cut and not a branch. I could be wrong though. Do Sweet gum saplings do that on the trunk?

It is a stretch here and a bad pic, but does anyone recognize what type of tree this is? Dad sent me a pic showing his new walking stick and said he had only seen a few of this type tree.

Just don't eat the berries it grows or the stalks after they get bigger. It is poisonous at that point. @Garufa Sounds like ya was raised by some kinda fancy city folk. lol

We never ate the leaves growing up. We ate the cut up stalks breaded and fried like okra. My wife says they were never poor enough to eat weeds. I mentioned making some the other night and that got quite the cross look.
