As long as ammo keeps selling as soon as stock cones in, primers are gping to be scarce. The ammo makers are not going to sell 100 priners for $5.99 when they can use them in their own ammo that sells for a lot more.

I have one of the Rhom RG 10s. Mine is a .22 Short only. I bought it for giggles for $20 and a no name set of plastic AR takeoff furniture. I probably paid too much. lol I have shot it, but I would say I had stouter feeling cap guns as a kid. My barrel even wiggles a bit. Since yours has family history, I would say that trumps any money. I would suggest you write up the info on it and store it with it so future generations can appreciate it. When my Dad cleaned out my Papaw's house he found guns he had never seen, but has no idea if they were war bring backs or just something he bought at the flea market.

Like suggested, just load it as is, sell it to someone cheap to reclaim a bit of cash, or melt it to ingots. Any of those is less insanity inducing than seperating it.

There was a case of a lawyer for a large drug ring that actually built a fake block wall 3 feet in front of his real basement wall and put gun safes behind it filled with guns, cash and other valuables. It was dumb luck it got found when they raided the place. Almost like one of the comedies where someone leans on a candle holder and the wall opens. Too bad the guy had emptied all but one safe before they got there.

Part of what makes sites like this good though is that you have somewhat of a gauge of existing members. New members just have to put a bit of effort in to get involved. I guess he wanted to up his YT views. Then scared away someone trying to provide aid to a downed victim. Depends on your definition of mass shootings and where you look. Many places list a large number of multiple injury or death shootings during 2020, but most never made it to the national news. Granted, if you read through them a lot seem to be more gang/drug violence, murder suicides, and such than what is typically considered a "mass shooting" but that has not stopped them from being covered before. The media was just busy covering the pandemic since it garnered the highest ratings. Otherwise a lot of those would have made the headlines. This is the reason I watch very little news anyway. When I do, I avoid either far side of any debate. No idea who Sidney Powell is. My distrust is pulled from a lifetime of watching powerful people nudge things to get them to move in they way they want. Financial markets and legal matters are just 2 of them. Then the media has its own agenda to get ratings. I just get tired of being treated like a mushroom.... Fed sh!t and kept in the dark...

If you desire water storage, I had an idea. Build a duck house that floats in the middle of the pond and is anchored. Have pvc pipe as part of the "raft". Few people are gonna wade or swim out to that and even fewer are gonna dissassemble it looking for guns. Think this maybe. Could even possibly just mount pvc underneath it. Makes things easy to locate for retrieval.

Maybe a sunken boat hull. There seem to be a lot out there storing guns right now... ,)

Got a couple return pay it forwards I am overdue posting due to my work schedule. Here is #1. These are pieces of a 2 different leather shoulder holder systems. Lighter one came out of bag and is an adjustable tie down. Darker is a cuff holder and has a belt loop, so could be used alone too. I figure soneone probably has one or both of these sets and might need refresher parts.

Anyone use sand? We use it in a lot of reptile cages, but not sure if the chickens would just scratch it all out. With it, you could almost just sift and wash it in a wheel barrel, let it dry and add it back,. Obviously you would need a coop with flooring.

Dont know why tgey still sell cedar shavings. I have heardto never used tgem for rabbits or pet rodents either. Not sure what tgey work for.

UT. She states that she wants to be as far away from home as she can and since we are basically forcing her to do in-state because of cost, that is it. We are not going to pay for her to go to some out of state to get the same level of education but cost twice as much,. We are going to drive over if she is still insistent and let her drive the entire way there and back. I am hoping that that will press the point that if she needs anything or has to come home that it is a LONG drive. Going that far is not going to change the bad choices she made over the last few years either.
