  1. You could mount something like this gun hide picture frame to the back of the door and put a whiteboard piece in it so it looked like a note board. Then you could have a pistol ready and it could be high enough to keep small hands off it.
  2. So has anyone ever done one of these?
  3. I think the issue with some of the younger officers is that they feel like a macho "operator" instead of a civil servant. My Papaw was a LEO for over 25 years and I am not sure he drew his firearm once. Not he was not a patrolman, but he was in on lots of events. Times were a little different. He used to have guys come by and thank him for helping them out after getting out of jail. Several would offer to mow his lawn or something for helping them straighten out.
  4. Not fished it, but have stayed there. River looked nice. Nice place too. Too bad last time we were there it was 26 degrees. Lol Enjoy!
  5. Sounds risky to me. Maybe if you put the drywall on a hinge and push/release latch like some cabinet doors. This is also the reason people remodeling old houses find guns in the walls I guess.
  6. In case you guys in Nashville wanna do some training. http://zombieapocalypselive.com/nashville/
  7. Now look what you have done...I can't quit staring and wondering if there is a hidden 3rd gun..... D@mn you. Lol
  8. Try not to put as much milk on it and it will stay crisp. Works for my Cheerios at least.
  9. Some more girls and guns 1911 anyone? Posing all the way. A tiny gun for a tiny girl.
  10. A woman that likes wheel guns and old Chevy trucks, my kinda lady. Any idea what year this was taken?
  11. I think this is Superman in disguise. He is holding the tank up. Lol
  12. Maybe they just made the grunts push it. lol
  13. The problems I see are: Most of the dark web sites are not publically known/accessible. I would think the number of guns that are posted with sn in the pic would be very few. From reading, most of the stuff sold in this black market is information or large batches of drugs. There have been a few cases of mail order home delivery sellers of drugs, but I have a feeling they do not last long. Too easy to get caught shipping or receiving. I read that a very popular way to move stolen goods, including guns, is that different groups travel to meet and do a criminal swap meet deal. Then take the items back to their area, usually a different state, for sale. That means unless the report makes it above state level, it never gets seen in the other area. Also, unless it is a distinct or rare item, they can sell it on a classifieds site to an individual and the sn never gets checked.
  14. If you setup a Photobucket account, you can load them there and post the image as "insert image from url" and it will show. Or there are otherphoto hosts you can use.
  15. That might be right. i know a bunch cropped up then.
  16. Any chance the power poles to your house run close to your driveway? If so you might investigate a "temp" power meter 1/2 way down or so. Might end up being cheaper than all the power wire. Then you could put a POE injector in the middle to boost the power and data signal if you did an IP cam. You would just need some cat5 or cat6 if you needed wired connection. Or a wireless repeater if you did wifi. You could use a nema weatherproof enclosure to house your stuff at that pole. This one is about $50.
  17. Looks like someone fitted guns to a piece of road equipment. Lol
  18. So what is this guy's story in why the bolt is missing?
  19. This might be a possibility if you wanted to not have to have the bolt fitted. Not sure how much othet fitting would be needed. Remington 700 action auction
  20. I still cruise through keeping an eye on ammo now and again. I have looked at guns there, but not ever bought. As far as regular stuff, I decline going every chance I get.
  21. Just go to prove the geniuses they have at the Wal-Mart gun counter .... and a good portion of the idiots that buy there. Maybe that bolt did not lodge itself in that guy's face....maybe.
  22. Yeah I loved that site. Simple, but powerful.
  23. For $40, you might see how much the stock is selling for. You might cover yout $40 investment right there. Of course buying a used bolt or other parts gun to cannabilize might be an option if the local Smith can fit it. I always wonder how people lose things like the bolt. Never makes sense to me.
  24. I could only be so lucky. Both mine like current pop crap. They call my music "Daddy's screaming music" The wife is an 80's pop fan. I gave up years ago playing anything of mine at home outside of headphones. Of course if I had ever finished learning guitar I might have a "hobby" clause to exploit. My lessons ended when my teacher (my best friend ) decided he liked my girlfriend better than me. Good times lol. So what guitar do you play?
  25. Glad to meet ya!
