  1. Interesting. If they could get this to do a wide range of calibers like the UpLULA models we all would be set.
  2. The big issue is that so many places repackaged 22 to gouge people when it was In short supply. That really left a bad taste in a lot of people's mouth. There are still some places trying to unload the inventory they bought up at the previous prices.
  3. Man my eyes are really going....lol
  4. Ringnecks on a 50's Caddy?
  5. I have shot lots of Thunderbolt. Only problem I have ever had is that they are dirty little rounds.
  6. So that is a tear in the brass? Is the mouth malformed like it expanded?
  7. They have always pulled that crap for some reason. I know they do it to make their price look better at first glance. Not bad ammo, but you have to do the math.
  8. There has been .22lr around at most Walmarts I have visited. Has anyone noticed that at least Winchester has gone from 333 round boxes to 222 round and lowered the 555 round boxes to like 444 or something?
  9. Wow, how sketchy. If anyone is interested, I have .22lr Thunderbolts IN BOXES, for $0.20 a round shipped free if you order 500.
  10. I am not sure I could make myself fire that gun. With my luck it would have a catastrophic failure while in my hands. lol
  11. We were all promised hovercrafts. I am still sore that I don't have one. Lol
  12. If you sit around like that, you don't need a gun, people will just be sure to avoid you.
  13. This is how I would look if I tried yoga...
  14. Lots of flooring places have the sample carpet pieces that actually have an edge put on them. When we needed some for a project once, I think they were $1.00 each for ones that were old colors. They were 18x18 or maybe 24x24, I can't quite remember.
  15. Seeing as a returning citizen that is in medical need would most likely be seen by medical staff first, I think the plague theory is thin. There are much easier ways to distribute a pathogen. Simply infecting a agent for your country and flying them around through major airports in the US would expose hundreds of people to an airborne illness. They could do this all in the guise of business travel. Then the ones they infect would exponentially spread it in their travels and at their destination. Plus, standard individuals would have less chance of causing a panic until it was too late to undo the issue. True, you might not get high ranking officials, but infecting a large portion of the population would do quite a good job in destroying the economy and putting us in chaos. Tie this in with something like additional dispersal vial aerosol in large office buildings HVAC units and you could make a lot of people sick real quick. Though anyone with a right mind would not disperse such a pathogen. It would be too easy for it to leak back across their borders in ways they did not anticipate. Maybe they would have an antidote, but dispersing it to the majority of their population would cause a lot of questions and possibly leak the info.
  16. Wow that is gonna be heavy. What are you using for the base?
  17. Gotta love the pre-missle days. No way that would make it today.
  18. If so cosplay Deadpool do they have to render my mouth inoperable????
  19. What if I want to come and cosplay The Punisher. I mean if by costume REQUIRES guns...
  20. I grew up in an area that was not very diverse but I still found out that that bad and good comes in all forms. My fashion choices used to cause people to look at me strange and they were usually floored to find out that I was not some thug with a record. Instead I was a hard working student paying my own way through college. I have been followed around in stores, stopped on the street, pulled over, and generally harassed because I chose to dress how I wanted. I guess I got lucky that all those guards and officers were cool headed. I was never anything but polite and generally ended the encounter with a handshake and a "Have a good day". As an officer, these guys and gals must stay alert, but remember that aside from blatant criminal activity, the person they are interacting with is a citizen that they swore to protect. It should never be a "Us and Them" or race versus race issue. One day that officer might just need an armed citizen's help when things go to H3ll. I am sure then they will not care what race that person is or how they dress.
  21. Nutria could be in the area, but they have slick tails.
  22. I don't think they have made it back this far east, but a Fisher fits the general description. Was it in the trees? Or maybe a weasel?
  23. Oh, my wife doesn't camp. Glamp maybe, but backwoods roughing it is a big "H3ll no" from her. I think if it has a.c., a bath house, and electricity, it is not camping. She just likes to tell me the right way to do my camping.... I figure one larger frame pack should fit all you need for a week...for 2 people.
  24. Maybe the grandfather removed the axe head from the handles when not in use. Somewhere some guy thought, "what is this"when he found the bolt, then said "must be junk" and tossed it.
  25. Eh, what do I know. I just got done telling the wife that I will just boil the water and coffee on the camp fire when we go instead if dragging a perk pot along. She thinks I have 2 heads and am a caveman. Lol
