  1. Condolences. It’s very hard I know.
  2. I’ve owned many 1911s over the years. My favorite was a Colt Combat Commander that was stolen in a break in years ago. Currently I have a that I won’t part with. They aren’t my EDC but I love them both. One is a Sig Carry model in stainless and the other is a full size 1911 Sig calls We The People.
  3. Here’s my current setup on the Maxpedition velspar.
  4. Right now I’m using a Maxpedition Veldspar. It’s not up to Max’s usual quality Nd is just a tad small for me.
  5. I have a Sitka gearslinger somewhere…can’t remember the size. I’ll take a look at that neatfreak organizer. Thanks.
  6. I think I’ve ruled out the nutsacs. Still open to recommendations on bags though.
  7. I like the wolf tactical and olpr bags. 511 bag is bigger than I need and I have some of their bags already. I actually have a maxpedition messenger bag somewhere in a safe place. So safe that I can’t find it. I can’t remember the size but thinking it might be too bag. Like the Goldilocks bear, I want one that is just the right size with just the right features-oh wait. She wasn’t looking for bags. thank you for the links.
  8. I had one of those that I sold that I really wish I’d kept, like a lot of guns.
  9. I do sometimes carry a Ruger LCP Max when I go places I can’t conceal carry my EDC, and have also carried it as a New York reload.
  10. Looking at those now. Thanks.
  11. Just to carry a few edc items plus occasionally my iPad pro. Ill check that one out. Thanks.
  12. Thanks, I’ll check those out!
  13. For years I’ve carried backpack, sling bags messenger bags, etc, almost all either Maxpedition brand or something similar. Many of my bags weren’t used much at all, hence the issue. I just downsized to a smaller maxpedition bag, but it’s a little too small. want to get a new bag but don’t want black or tactical, LOL. I’ve been looking at a couple bags from nutsac, their sling plus and their messenger style bags. Both are in the 200 dollar range, and I’m probably stupid for even looking at another bag, but well here I am. Has anyone had any experience with their stuff? $200 is a lot for a bag I’ve never the quality of.
  14. Nice collection, smallest I have right now is .380, except for a couple .22lr pocket guns if they count, LOL. I had a Beretta .32 at one time but sold it. Wish I hadn’t. There used to be a doctor on here from Chattanooga, named mouse or something like that. He collected what he called mouse guns. I sold him a titan .35 auto once. My youngest son who used to travel between nashville and Chattanooga, took it to him and said he was a really nice guy. Think he got cancer and passed though.
  15. Pretty.
  16. 2nds if first deal falls though.
  17. Recommend Goodlettsville Gun Shop.
  18. That’s not what they said.
  19. Just watched a bit on Fox News about Glock switches. Lordy, it was full of crap. Turns 5 rounds into 50 rounds with a simple click, they said at one point. And you can make one for less than 50 cents! Damn.
  20. Im doing that one today!
  21. Got my new AceCase holster in and it’s exactly what I was looking for. Like Papa61 said, it’s not a good carry holster but it fits my need perfectly. I have decent quality EDC holsters. Often at home, I’m in gym shorts and a t-shirt and keep it next to me by my recliner, or if going to another room, it’s easy-peasy to carry both it and a spare mag, just in case. Also I use it on nightstand as well. I used to ‘stage’ guns throughout the house, but these days, I keep them more hidden, yet fairly easy to get to, just in case. Thanks, Papa61. I have had similar styles for similar purposes, but couldn’t find one with room for a light. TGO in for the win, yet again, LOL.
  22. I have both a 2nd gen and a 3rd gen. I like them, but there certainly are better guns out there. But I have several Kel-Tecs and like them all. I don’t need two though and my 2nd gen is up for sale or trade. As far as trades go, not sure but I’m open to ideas.
