Yeah, I've got a feeling this just might be the gun's fault. They are very well known to aim and fire themselves! lol

I maybe didn't use the best choice of words in my earlier post. I meant breaking the law wrong. . I DO agree she failed to do her job. I've never been on a movie set and I'm not sure what the standards are for Armorers. Common sense and the law don't always go hand in hand. I don't doubt she will be charged, but the real criminal here is Alec Baldwin. Ultimately, had he exercised any of the gun safety rules, the incident wouldn't have happened. As was pointed out above, having the film industry there is a boon to their economy, so I imagine they wont do anything to jeopardize that.

I said from the beginning I thought he was at fault and should be charged with a crime. Most, if not all of the talking heads and so called experts on TV and internet news keep saying he isn't at fault but that the Armorer should be and likely will be charged. I think the Armorer might should be fired if she wasn't in control of the guns as some have said she should be. But then Im not sure what the standards are for that. Could be she didn't do anything wrong. It certainly sounds like she wasn't even in the immediate vicinity of the unattended gun cart. At first I was suspicious that someone from the crew that walked off the set earlier had planted a live round, but now it looks like the guns were fired for fun beforehand and someone left a round in the gun. I cant see the Armorer being charged, but ya never know what will happen when things get political, as this surely will.

First time my daughter shot a handgun. She shot one of my S&W Victory 22s and also my Glock 45. I think she did awesome for her first time. She listened and applied the shooting techniques i told her. She only missed once, and that was at the smaller number 2 target area in the upper right. I reckon she stopped this bad guy!

I, for one, am not a fan at all of all this. There's nothing wrong with staying small towns and rural. our great state is being ruined, and our politicians are doing all they can to hasten making our state like the the others. Really sad.

Went to the range Saturday and shot a few of my guns that I'd not shot yet. Both of my S&W Victory .22s shoot beautifully, with no issues. Also shot my Glock 45 for the first time. Ran 50 rounds though it flawlessly. I can see why everyone likes this gun.

Recently bought a G-45, and then found a sale on Pmags. Today I got around to loading the first one. For some reason I could only get 17 rounds into it, no matter how I tried, despite using a Maglula loader. FINALLY, I realized that they were 17 rounders. Lord, getting old has it's challenges.

Plus Im reading that vaxed folks can still spread it...I g9ot the Moderna and the booster, due to my age and health issues, but I'm really wondering about this whole issue. I'm in agreement. I stopped liking them because of him. I'm already a life member or Id probably cancel membership if i was paying yearly dues. I think they have done much for us, despite their wasteful suspending at the top.

I retired from the military a long time ago, in 1993. Nearing the end of my second career, but I go to the store and buy 'retirement' tickets (lottery) every week, lol.
