  1. I've never caught any of them that was any much size. Caught a few small one s while stripe fishing. Nice fish though.
  2. If I couldn't or didn't want to use +p loads, I would go with a lightweight jhp. Something like 110 gr. or maybe lighter. Loads like that might have enough velocity to expand. Some guys go the other way and use 158 gr. cast or similar with a large meplat.
  3. Was listening to some Bob Segar and Tom petty last night. On a different note, Ginger Baker passed away. I may have to listen to some Cream after while.
  4. I've not heard April Wine in a long time. Used to have a couple 8 tracks. Remember those!
  5. That's funny as hell. No straight guy would want to even get close to him. If he had the ball he would get to shoot as much as he wanted to.
  6. I watched some videos today on the Sccy CXP2 and if they're all as good as the ones in videos, I've got to have one.
  7. Another that should work good is Winchester 180 gr. which is actually Sellior & Bellot.
  8. I watched the video but, I've never even heard of him. I don't listen to Country music unless its classic.
  9. So sorry to hear this.
  10. A lot of people wouldn't had his restraint.
  11. I'll second the Nikon scopes. I've got 2 and have used them for a while now. No problems at all. Theres scopes that are probably better but, mine have not failed me at all.
  12. Its sad to say but, some people are. Either they're not able to go get something for themselves or just to lazy.
  13. I like the looks of the Marlin, always have. I don't really have anything against the Henry. Just was never big on the tube loading. I know the original 1860 Henry loaded like that but, that was then, this is now. I've wanted a .357 rifle for a long time. Need to break down and make it happen.
  14. You've gottem too? I see one or two about everyday. The wife has seen a lot more.
  15. Yeah a 2.5" .357 magnum is a good defense round, and loud too. I've got a Taurus stainless 605 2". Its not much fun with magnums.
  16. I guess he's gonna suck somebody to death.
  17. Its amazes me sometimes how some of the cheap guns are still pretty good. I got a couple cheap second hand guns that I bought for truck guns. They both go bang everytime.
  18. Instead of saying I want the gun collection from the first 2 movies, I'm gonna change that to I'll just pick what I want from the collection.
  19. I want the gun collection from Part 1 and 2!
  20. Got a mean look on his face.
  21. You brought up some interesting questions. As far as a crazy coming at you with a bat, crowbar, pipe, or something else to break glass and attack you. To be on the safe side I would wait till he swung the weapon first, after yelling for him to stop. The question of running to your car to get a gun, I have heard if you don't have a carrying permit you can't use it outside your car. There's other guys on here very knowledgeable. Some will post the right answers. And welcome!
  22. Yep, heard it the other day. You don't hear much from Colt anymore anyway.
  23. Yeah, that gal needs a makeover.
  24. I know they wanted the Calamity Jane movie to be successful. They casted Doris Day but, the real Calamity Jane from pics I've seen was a little rough around the edges.
  25. McDonalds is a place that most people only stop at when they are very hungry. Basicly feeling starved. Its not the best fast food by any means.
