  1. I remember the spinner/suicide knobs. Theres even a material handler at work that's got one on his forklift. There is an old pharmacy in Burkesville, Ky. that used to have bar stools like that but, I guess the soda fountain levers had been took out. At least as far back as I remember. The building is still there but, its not a pharmacy anymore. Its kind of a museum now.
  2. Leave it to Jerry. Alright.
  3. Bersaguy, I admire your strength and determination. Your tough, that's for sure.
  4. Yep, getting older ain't great but, if you try and at least eat right sometimes and try and live right, its a little better. My health is still good, I'm 53, and not on any medications yet.

  8. Is that a Winchester 1897?
  9. I never knew any combat vets that talked about it much. I worked with a Vietnam vet. I asked him one time what happened to his neck. It was scarred in a couple places. I never even thought about what it was. He said it was from a wound he got over there. That was all he said about it. Good guy.

  13. I heard somebody else talk about a rig like that. An old man told me about he used to take a simple white hair crappie jig and put a 3" or 4" shiner hooked through the lips. Or sometimes a tuffy minnow the same way.
  14. It might've been the Vickers that had a actual cloth belt with ammo loops in it. I sawit on the History Channel.
  15. Problem is, I'm pretty sure you still can't shoot'em.
  16. Great explanation.
  17. A red dot would be a lot easier to get on target, when a crazy Antifa/Terrorist throws something at you or your car as your just minding your own business .
  18. Yep, I had a mental pic of what it would look like, and now I know.
  19. That's a nice little package.
  20. Is that a Vickers?
  21. A friend at work has a Canik and said it was a great. I don't think it has gave any problems.
  22. Please delete. Theres already a thread on this in Second Amendment category. Thanks
  23. Has anybody heard about this? I heard that a bill was being voted/considered where you could conceal carry and no permit required.
  24. Willis68, that's a good looking knife.
  25. Sitting if done with the legs spread a little and knees up, then rest your elbows can sometimes be accurate. I've made a couple shots on deer at over 250 yards like this.
