Nice buck you got. Respect you for giving the other hunter some room. I used to use 240 gr. XTP bullets. Nothing wrong with them, I just like to change it up sometimes. I been using 350 gr. Maxi-Hunters for a few years. I killed a 8 point this morning with one.

Yeah, walnut is nice but, it has to cure good and everybody likes the curly grain but, it can sometimes split bad.

Yep, good job. My older brothers and Grandpa used to let me shoot when I was little. I loved it.

I started loading back in '87 because I wanted to shoot more and still load some. Definitely now components are hard to come by. Looked for small pistol or small rifle primers lately? You can find good deals on used equipment sometimes. -
Yeah I'm hoping the weather cools down some.

Outdoor Junction is not all that far from Crossville. You're probably not gonna find any small pistol or small rifle primers though. Almost nobody has them right now. -

Yeah, I'm not worried a lot either. I live in a rural area but, travel to a bigger city everyday for work though.

I'll take my chances. Nothing has really been going on with "trash in the roads or streets" around here. I voted a week ago, and ain't ashamed of who I voted for. I just hope it makes a few Libs cry.

The only one I ever owned was a 336 Marlin. I've always liked Marlins and Winchesters. The Henrys are nice but have never liked the magazine feed.

Wow, I was in Algood day before Yesterday. They still had them on the shelves then. I don't know about now. -
I do wish the dang small pistol primers would come back in stock. I had a bunch but, have loaded about 1,500 awhile back.

The Mauser 66 rifles are supposed to be pretty sweet. A guy at work has one in .30-06 and loves it.
