  1. Yeah, some primers are rated for standard and magnum loads by manufacturers. Strange really. But, I know a lot of target shooters will use a standard or bench rest primer for best accuracy.
  2. Chevy made a Cosworth model but, I've never seen one. I had another friend that built one around 1990 and put a 350 in with a Powerglide. It had 1.94 heads and high lift cam (can't remember cam specs) a set of Hooker headers, and high rise intake with 650 Holley. It was geared a little high though for drag racing.
  3. I was wondering about them. They have some really cheap barrels. I hate the word cheap, it sometimes means junk. I been looking at .357 barrels.
  4. I never did but, I remember a kid in High School back in the 80's that had a '76 Vega. He drove it pretty much all through High School. Aren't they supposed to be junk? His apparently wasn't. I'd like to have one and put a LS in it.
  5. I saw a video on youtube where a guy was using 2 caps for large rifle primers. I wonder if you could get by with 1 for small pistol or small rifle?
  6. I agree with you but, it's something that has crossed my mind several times the last year and half or so.
  7. You read that right. Reloading primers with paper caps. You know paper caps, back when young boys played with real toys. Primers are not available so, some guys are doing this. Match heads are supposed to work too but, you don't see the strike anywhere matches a lot anymore.
  8. Primers are valuable and may soon be currency.
  9. Powder is few and far between. Gamaliel has some sometimes. You might check with them every once in awhile.
  10. The carbines are good. Everybody that I've ever known that had one liked it.
  11. A friend of mine met her about 25 years ago. He said she was down to Earth as could be. Easy to talk to.
  12. R.I.P. Mr. Limbaugh. I listened to him a lot.
  13. I've got a few 168 gr. Sierra Matchkings and need to do the same thing.
  14. Its a easy build single shot .22 handgun. Neat project.
  15. I use to watch SNL. Its been years since I've watched it. They're so liberal now. Funny that they had a gun ad on.
  16. I just watched the video. That guy was not right in the head at all. He had lost contact with the mother ship. You don't shoot people over an argument. Sick bastard.
  17. I've used 47.0 gr. IMR4895 and have used 48.0 gr. But, 47.0 gr. shoots a little better. I would think the 155 gr. would be fine with the same charges. I'm not using mine for hunting, so its just a target load.
  18. Awesome, to say the least.
  19. I've never used CBD's . I'm not saying I wouldn't if I thought it would help me if I was experiencing pain. I do believe it could possibly show up on a drug test.
  20. It should be in all 50 states. It once was, right?
  21. Ak's are a lot higher now, and people should know that. SKS's have gone up a lot too.
  22. Sorry to hear this. I've never been in something really serious before.
  23. I've never tried Quick Load but, always thought is was good software. Pretty neat. Thanks
