  1. I run a facotry - "minus" connector in my G20 and I can also say that mine shoots like I want it to.

    PSA 9mm AR

Is the thread really 1/2x36 and not 1/2x28 on the PSA uppers? I would order one, but AAC doesn't offer a piston in that thread for my TiRant45. If I'm going to build a 9mm AR, it will be a suppressor host for sure.

    My new Glock 43

I'm certainly a Glock fan. The 43 has me interested, but I'm still not sold. I'm going to wait and see what trigger options become available as well as mag prices and availability.
  4. I agree. It is being publicized enough too so hopefully if someone were to get stopped in park while legally carrying the officer/ranger would be "in the know" and not able to play the ignorant card.
  5. Most likely ammo related, but also his grip is inconsistent. Look at his thumbs. When it fails, the thumb on his right hand is rotated down like it is making contact with the slide/side of the gun which could slow the slide. Not saying Glocks are perfect as the marketers would have you believe, but they do tend to work better than most other firearms out there.
  6. Guys, since it is now July 1st:  http://openstates.org/tn/bills/108/SB1774/
  7. i like this list. I agree with most of them. Back when I ordered ammo from Georgia Arms, they sent 1,000 rounds of 9mm in a 30cal can and it was packed to the brim, I agree with 173rd. Also, you can fit a 1080 round spam can of 5.45x39 in a 50 cal can with all of the rounds still in the paper bricks, for whatever that is worth.
  8. I think an AR with an M26 would make a pretty gnarly HD weapon.
  9. 550 aint bad for sure. But really not much is needed to get a Glock up to speed for how I use a pistol. If HK offers a factory threaded one without charging an arm and a leg, I might be interested.
  10. For that price hopefully it can feed ammo backwards like other HKs.
  11. I agree, especially for carry. Though a G30S is still on my short list.
  12. I'm a fan of the wilderness belts, I wear an operator daily. I have the one with the insert to stiffen the belt and it helps hold the gun close to the body.
  13. Glock.   They cover just about all the caliber and size ranges, manual of arms is the same across the board, and (if left stock) triggers will all be about the same. In other words, aside from varying recoil impulses and variation in grip sizes, if you can shoot one you can probably shoot them all.
  14. Also go outside and focus through the red dot at an object further away. I bet the blooming/flare goes away or is greatly reduced. I only get that when I'm indoors and looking at a closer target than I would normally engage.
  15. The old saying "Value is in the eyes of the beholder" comes to mind. Or was it beauty? Nah, it can't be beauty...Glocks are ugly as sin. Has to be value. Yeah...that's the ticket!
