I love to take a pork loin, split it down the middle and stuff with hot pork sausage. Wrap it in bacon and let it smoke away.   Another good one is to split the loin down the middle and stuff with apple pie filling.     I always wrap stuffed loins in cheese cloth, keeps all the goodies in place.    Gonna have to fire up the smoker this weekend. You guys are starving me to death. 

The economy in general is not helping matters either.

The meat only absorbs smoke till the internal temp reaches 160 ish. I use cheese cloth too. Does a good job keeping the moisture in. For smoke I like chunk apple wood

Hi TGO,   I've decided to make the switch to cast bullets.   That said I am in the search for a aftermarket glock barrels. I have a G19 and a G17.   Please offer any pros and cons to the LW vs SL barrels. I'm leaning towards SL, because they are made in TN.  

I like the texture on the Troy mags, plus the free pull tab is a nice adder. Troys come with 2 floor plates.

It looks like I am going to have to dispute the charges on my CCARD.  They will not respond to emails, and the phone goes straight to voicemail. There terms state they will not charge your card until your order is ready to ship, so I'm really afraid my order is lost in the mail. It doesn't take 3 weeks to ship from Illinois...
