I do know for a fact that the employees at our local Dick's sporting goods typically split the .22lr before it hits the shelves.  They do not get an employee discount on ammo, so the management doesn't care as long as it sells. My friend that worked there was able to pick up a bulk package every couple of weeks. 

That's great for Kansas. I wish tn would get on board.

That's one of my biggest complaints against our dear leader.  At least BGW and Clinton tapped into the oil reserve on occasion to help stabilize gas prices. Does a whole lot more to help us commoners than raising the min wage...

I've noticed the same thing in east tn. Gun shows used to be one of my favorite things to do.  Lately, its just not worth the $8-10 to get in and see the same old over priced stuff.   I blame it on the internets...

Yeah that doesn't pass the bs test. The problem is highly unlikely to be with tics. Now he maybe behind on his payments to tics, and they cut off his account. But tics outages are measured in hours not days nor months.
