we got many different taxes that we pay here in tn. some we know and see, some we don't. it is good we don't have a state income tax, but we make it up in other taxes. i am a fair tax person. but we will never see it, because it takes away power from the government. but before it is all over we will not have anything anyway. how that hope and change working out for you?

take a look at the guns american site. they got them for sale starting at $150.00 and up. it is hard to say what a used gun goes for these day.

i got an anschutz 54 with a weaver t-scope. very good rifle. hard to go wrong with them.

don't know,,, like to see a new gun store in the area. the more the better for us. well the sign is new looking and the store next to the sign is empty. it would make a nice gun store.

what about the 7mm-308?

last week and today i was in the area of the ammo dump gun store. what i saw last week was cardboard over the windows. today the store was empty and all signs were gone. now it is a empty store front. so i drove over to where the shooter depot sign is on shallowford road and 153. could not find a store. the building next to the big sign is empty. looks like two local gun stores have closed.

i am a fmj guy in my p3at. i want a round that feeds with no problems. for some reason ever once in a while i would have feeding problems with hp ammo, but with fmj no problems. i shot both rounds at two wet chattanooga phone books, the big yellow pages books. the fmj and hp (hydro shock) both went through both phone books. speer gold dot did not, stopped in second book. i was standing about five feet away. so penetration in my test was the same, through both books, except gold dot. so i go with best feeding ammo.

we are fat because we don't have hard job and we have to much food.

one in the chamber is the only way to go. now for your kids, teach them gun safety and you should not have any problems. it worked for me. and now i am teaching the grand kids gun safety. both my kids where raised around guns from day one and we never had a problem.

i reload 9mm. i have found that after the equipment cost, reloading will save you in the long run. you get a better round and have some time to yourself doing it.

i got timney triggers in all of my remington rifles. you can work and adjust the factory triggers yourself. the net has the info to do it. or you can get a better trigger for your rifle. do the work yourself and you will feel better in the long run knowning that you did the work yourself. nothing hard in doing the work yourself on your guns. the net has the info on how to do it.

i have stored ammo in army ammo can for years, never seen this. i got some ammo that has been in the can for over 20 years with no problems. got to be something doing this. take a hard look at what is in the can.

naval jelly will take the bluing off. that stuff is good at what it does, but not for guns.

stopped at the athens wal mart today. they had nothing. maybe 10 boxes of ammo total, that is rifle, pistol and shotgun ammo. that was all i saw behind the counter. was not worth the stop to see. so don't go and wast your time.

what i have seen if it has the dancing pony on it the asking price is high.

it is a good gun, got once myself. got my wife the p32, she likes it better than the p3at. but either way they both are good guns. now i got one of the first 2nd gen p3at that came out. i had to do some f&b on the barrel. now the p32 is one of the first made and all we done with it was to shoot it.
