  1. just got in last week a 10 inch bull barrel in 9 mm for the t/c.  the barrel is made by a company named "mgm".  so far i shot about 60 rounds for their required break-in, along with their cleaning protocol during break in.  took all day to break-in the barrel.  used the time to sight in a aimpoint m2 and chronograph some 9 mm reloads.  that is what i like about the t/c, you can have just about any caliber made for the gun.
  2.   plus one.  i got two 550's, but i all ways looking for a good deal in a dillon.  but the problems is most people try to sale used dillon equipment for the price of new or all most close to new.
  3. tula/wolf primers is what i use now.  i have used what brand i could get back when it was hard to get primers.  never had a slam fire with any primer used.
  4. that is what wrong with this county.  she will keep pushing and the other person will lose to the "pc" group.
  5. back in the early 80's i got my ffl. not to sale guns and make money. just a home business with a tax i.d., and business license.  did not sale many guns, just a hand full the whole time. i need it to buy reloading items (powder, primers, bullets) on the cheap. me and the wife was shooting nra silhouette matches (pistol and rifle) every weekend in the west texas area.  between practice and matches we went through lots of ammo each week.  fast forward to the mid 90's my license came up for another renewal.  the government changed everything,,, my home had to be zoned as a business, new finger prints, a letter from local law enforcement that i could have a ffl business in my home and over $300.00 renewal fee. i think there were some other crap i had to do also.  well at this time you could buy reloading items cheap without a ffl.  so i boxed up my license and the little bit of paperwork from the guns sold and turned it all in.  case closed.  no more keeping tags on my match guns stating "not for sale" and other "mickey mouse" things the government wanted me to do.  at this time in american i would not have one, you are just opening yourself up for problems.
  6. that's life.
  7. i have been using the pet safe in ground wire system for 15 years.  it has work on two different hard head boxers.  had to get the bigger shock collar with the five levels of correction after several years on the first dog.  the second dog started with the bigger used collar. he has never gotten out.  get the surge protector so lightning will not kill the main controller box.  third year with the system a storm came by and lightning hit close to the house.  i found the controller box in small parts all over the basement.  i put the wire just under the grass with my shovel.  not hard to do. i went all around the house so my dog can run on all four sides.  i did not do any so call training with the flags.  i got the system ready and walked the dog up to the fence line and shocked him.  took the dog to four different points around the house to show the shock line, then gave a shock to dog.  training done.  my dog will not break the line even with the collar off or battery dead.  when i take him riding in the truck i have to take the collar off before he will load in the truck.  i would have went with the wireless but 15 years ago the wireless did not work well.
  8.   plus one.  just a waste of time.
  9. take the auto hubs off and clean.  then relube and check to see if they work.
  10. i use the dillon ss-600 super swager.  many mango seasons ago i did the reaming by hand.  i trim my 5.56 brass using the possum hollow case trimmer.  i would use what you like the best.  the reason i changed was my hands gave out and the super swager is easy on the old body.
  11. buying a new vehicle has turn into a big pain in the butt.   come to think about it buying used one is just as bad.  car dealers are a pain and most service departments don't know how to do the work.  but that is the price you pay if you go for new.  the net is your best tool for research before you go into the dealership.
  12. I use ammo cans and plastic coffee cans. Yes ammo cans are better. But I got reloads in plastic coffee cans. I did a large 9mm run in 05 and dump them in plastic coffee cans. Open one up yesterday and they look the same as the day I dump them in. Shot some and the all went bang.
  13. I have shot the 9 mm stuff for break in on a 10 inch to barrel I had made. It gave a good group at 50 meters and 60 meters during break in and sight adjustment.
  14. Merry Christmas
  15. prices of everything has gone up, not just vehicles.  yes they are high, new or used.
  16. No 22 ammo here at Walmart.
  17. Clean your mags. Open them up. Clean the insides. Check the slide lock. Is it just one brand/type of ammo? Is it the same mag or all mags.
  18. They are worth a good bit of money several years ago. But today nobody has free money to buy. Have them cut into beams. They will sell better that way. You might have to hold them for some time while you find the right person.
  19. You can slug the barrel to get the real size.
  20. i been using a lyman beam scale since 1973.  old but still works.
  21. the best prices on cast bullets or any bullet for reloading will be found on the net.  there are many different companies that have good deals.   the cast bullet prices in the stores are just over priced.  you get a better deal from the net.
  22. rock river arms makes the lar8.  nice rifle in 308.  the one i got just shoots.
  23. i got several of them.  used them in nra silhouette matches back in the 80's.   7 tcu in a 10 inch barrel is fun to shoot.
  24. the real answers will be hard to find.  they will keep truth far away from us on this matter.  they had a plan to do great harm.  you don't build several "pipe" bombs for fun and keep them at home.  they had a mission/plan to do something.  but their plans changed for some unknown reason and they did this instead.  they had the gear, weapons, ammo, bombs, heavy vehicle, and go pro cameras.  all right out of the play book of the muslims terrorist.  but the government will not tell us that because they are afraid that the "bubba effect" will start.
  25. what luck.  none to be found here.
