  1. they are good primers.  over the years i have used just about every major brand of primers made.  i like a hard primer cup for ar type guns.
  2.   and the highest price around.  they are over priced on everything n the store.
  3. eyes wide shut was the worst movie.
  4. i only had two things go bad, a electric drill and a nail gun.  both did not work out of the box.  took them back the next day and they gave me new ones.  they both been working for years.  some of their stuff looks like junk, but other items are not.  i guest i have been lucky.
  5. I use them on a 550. I deprime on a single stage press. Set up the Dillon powder drop as you would for any other caliber. Then I set the bullet set die as any other caliber. Then I use a factory crimp/tamper die in last stage. I like to size and deprime on a single stage press. So setup is just like any other caliber.
  6. over the years i have used just about every gun oil/gun grease made.  i have come to the point that it is just oil/grease.  it all does the same thing.  for the past several years i use motor oil and axle grease. duty gun, carry gun, match guns they run just the same with motor oil/grease as with the gun oil/grease.  i just can not see any different except in the price payed.  but,,,,but i do use hoppie's #9 for cleaning.  nothing better for cleaning.  home made ed's red is second, but don't smell as good as #9.
  7. Galco Miami Classic is the only way to go.  i used one on the job for years.  you can go cheap, but it will wear you out before the day is over.  the miami classic will wear good after a 15 hour day.
  8. i load lite loads all the time.  i have never had one explode on me.  with a very lite load you can have a bullet that does not make it out of the rifle barrel.  then the next shot you will have a problem.  but that has to be a very, very lite load.  you are not far off from the starting point with their load data.  18.5g @ 1256 fps is their low start point.  so your 14.5g load should run around 1,000 fps by looking at the load data low/high points.  if you got a chronograph i would test a few.   this load should make some great easy shooting loads.
  9. what i have seen in the past the prices will be high.
  10. you take the loan, you pay it back.
  11. call parker's safes before you do any thing.  he is a member here.
  12. book data is a good starting point. if you don't have one i would get a chronograph to work up your loads.  i use aa#5 and titegroup for 9mm.
  13. she did a good job.
  14. never with oem glock mags.  had some trouble with the glock mags not dropping free back in the late 80's.  but glock corrected that problem.  so for me it is oem glock mags.
  15. i use aa#5.  but when i run out i am going to titegroup and unique.
  16.   plus one on them.  i gotten targets from them.
  17. if you drink, drink wine only on the flight.  sleep if you can on the plane.  i hate the long flights overseas.
  18. i went out and got a s&w model 29 after this. still got it and it shoot great.
  19. yes it is a pain to do.  i look at some of the home machines that people have made to do it.   but i have not made one for myself.
  20. the remington made marlins are not well made.  just too many problems.  if you want a good marlin look for the one made before 1990.  look for the ones without the cross bar safety and jm mark on the barrel. those are the best.
  21. just another person living off someone else money.
  22. she is a fool and a sheep.  she will be one of the first to go if her kind and the kind she supports takes over.  she is just a tool not knowing that they will throw her away when they are done with her.
  23. i use oil and grease.  on my ar's i go with oil.  on my lever action guns i went with grease. i  found that grease works better.  on my pistols it is either/or. some of my  pistols like oil others like grease.  as for grease it does not take much to get the job done.
  24. welcome from a guy that lived 12 years in miami (cutler ridge) and the keys.
  25. bubble wrap and a round cardboard shipping tube has worked for me many times with scopes.
