  1. I think this is the way it is in AZ now. You can still get a permit for reciprocity.
  2. RangeUSA in Bartlett does printing, but go to the Millington DMV first. It all starts there. They'll tell you what happens next. One of those things is to go to another place to get printed.
  3. Cameras on every street corner in London. Bloomberg wants them in NYC. It's coming folks.
  4. Robert, starting out with a revolver is not a bad way to go. They are less failure prone than semi-autos. Just pull the trigger again. As David said above, I'd go with a .357 magnum which you can also put .38 special and .38 spcl +P in. I'd also stick with Smith & Wesson or Ruger. My only concern with revolvers is capacity and on reloading in the heat of battle. But then I think statistics show most encounters are over in less than 6 rounds. FWIW. Good luck!

    Lube Question

It's probably fine. I know a few guys that use Mobil 1 Synthetic on their 1911's.
  6. Hung out on another forum. I like the upgrade here. Nice looking. Good job David.
  7. I agree St.Pat, the Big O will round up all his lame ducks for a full court press before they're tossed out this fall. God willing he will never have control of either house again.
  8. Maybe it's the new gen 4?
  9. Yep, that's how the anti's operate. One incident and it's open season for the "ban 'em" crowd. Thank God there were no rounds fired or this would have been front page news on the CA for the last 2 weeks.
  10. If you're one of the folks wanting the new R1, I saw one at G&A on Summer today. They were asking $639 I think. It did look better than the pictures I've seen. The rollmarks on the slide are not nearly as deep and gaudy in person.
  11. +1 on Mike's +1. The NRA is not so self serving as to just ask to have themselves taken out of this. The politicians exempted the NRA all by themselves. Sure the NRA objected to this, but they were against this whole bill, not just escaping from it themselves. As said above...all politicians fear the NRA, which is just fine by me.
  12. The DMB is a great choice.
  13. DM Bullard "Dual Carry" (IWB). My G26 is my primary, in said holster. Same dimensions as G27. No problems here other than finding a pretty sturdy belt.

    GUN PORN!!!!

I'll take that Colt off your hands if you get bored with it. Nice collection.
  15. Jack, I plan to be there.
  16. Yep, they're great 22's, but they are a pain to takedown.
  17. Yep...where's the pics?
  18. Another newbie who's full of sh#t.
  19. Good for her. More women need to carry.
  20. You've been a good salesmen for them OS.
  21. Do they make an Uplula for that?
  22. I'd love to serve as such in mine. They don't seem to be too keen on the idea though.
  23. Wow, really? Word must be getting around. Was maybe a year ago when I got my last item from them. Thanks for the clarification.
  24. Yeah, I have not figured out Harry Reid yet. Which just goes to show ya...
