Charlie Rangle don't like Southerners.

Yeah but that's okay when it comes from that direction. -
What does the military feel about the erosion of our 2A right?
eapking replied to garethsk's topic in General Chat
It all boils down to what you think the 2A means. There are plenty of cops, military, hunters, NRA members, etc. who do not embrace the true meaning: the repelling of tyranny from outside or within. You don't have to look far to find supporting writings and opinions from our Founding Fathers to see their true intent. -
What a voice. Awesome. A true American.

Been scratching my head on the 22LR shortage myself. Good theory here.

This kid gets it. Refreshing to hear..when you live in Memphis. You can read that however you like. -
Multiple People Shot at Houston College
eapking replied to Oh Shoot's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
The press covered this as if it was an "active shooter" situation, which it was not. Just a couple of thugs who happened to be on campus. This stuff happens by the minute in Memphis, just not on some campus. The press is dying to make these things front page news. Just read the headline folks...don't bother with the story. We buried the truth about 10 paragraphs down anyway. -
Turn in your assault rifle get a $2000 tax credit

Agree with this analysis. -
I suspect they already know, at least how many TICS checks you've had. They may not know what it was for, but hey...connect the dots. If you have an NFA tax stamp, then there is no guessing at all.

Looks like Revelation is playing out quite nicely.

Second Amendment: Do Militias Matter Today?

Some places in Europe (go figure) you can buy a suppressor in hardware stores. -
Bloomberg has no patience. He was blowing his horn five seconds after Sandy Hook. Obama's plans are more long term. He has four years to get done what he wants, and it's ultimately the same as Bloomberg ---> total ban. Once he gets to replace one of our 5 gun-friendlies in the SCOTUS he will move another chess piece. Then if the Dems take Congress, it's checkmate.

Hear hear!!! As opposed to the idiot parents in Utah that gave their 6th grader a gun to carry to school. Right intention, very bad solution. -
Where are all of the pro- gun voices?
eapking replied to superduty's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
No and you won't hear the NRA go down this road either. Barry would really use that to start stamping us out. -
Mall shooter confronted by armed citizen
eapking replied to Erik88's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
The guy's recounting sounds a tad sketchy. Would like to see him actually interviewed. Yeah the liberal media has buried this guy. Doesn't help their agenda. -
Well we should not be hearing any crying about the Electoral College for a while.

Yeah he sure handled that NYC Marathon well.

Realistically, what are the odds going to be?
eapking replied to Tedro2022's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
I'd be more worried about the long term implications of two more Supreme Court appointments.
This has always been my concern with 4 more Obama years. He can attempt all kinds of unconstitutional tricks and the SCOTUS as he will have built it will support him. I just came to the sad realization that I will probably be dead before Kagan and her ilk will be off the SCOTUS. This country set to be screwed for a long time. -
After reading your posts I am reminded of and old proverb. " sometimes it is best to keep quiet and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt".
Lincoln I think, right?

Like he was going to endorse Romney before Sandy. LOL. Massive ego. Right up there with Barry's.
