  1. It's THUNDERDOME!!!!
  2. Excellent article.
  3. Clearly Haslam knows nothing about firearms, the laws, etc. and can't keep his stories straight. Jeez what a tool that I'm probably going to vote for. Still the lesser of two evils (well I hope).
  4. Huh, thanks for the clarification. Had thought those were synonomous.
  5. +1...waited about 10 months. It's the king. The prince is the DM Bullard Dual Carry. Sounds like they are catching up to Sparks on the wait time. About 6 months I think now. No longer the best kept secret in IWB leather.
  6. Boy sounds like my story. Started out leaning towards the 29 due to the Dirty Harry factor. Ended up with a 27 after much homework on this good revo site: Handguns: The Revolver Forum - TheFiringLine Forums Here's the thing...you really want an old one. Like in the case of the 29 or 27, get one that is a "dash 2" or earlier. Main reasons: no lawyer lock, pinned bbl, and recessed cylinders. Yes and the model 28 is a worthwhile gun as well (aka: Highway Patrolman).
  7. Please post a review (quickly) afterwards. I may do a walk-up Friday or Saturday, depending on the reviews. PM if you prefer. Um...read your PM....
  8. Good clip. So, how do you really feel about her? Haha.
  9. Isn't that in The Big O's game plan?
  10. Series 80 safety, aka "Schwartz Safety" if I'm not mistaken.
  11. Didn't notcie any sort of pattern.
  12. A good meet today at RangeUSA. Mostly the usual suspects and jdi731 (nice to meet ya). Plenty of talking and shooting. One of our dearly departed showed up...guess who? Chance, I think that "race gun" needs an enema (ha ha).
  13. Vols are hanging at halftime.

    S&W M&P

Full size M&P 9 here, no thumb safety. My favorite striker/tupper gun. Had a little problem with light striking when I first got it. Sent it back to S&W and got some top-notch service. No failures since, and that's about 3k rds.
  15. I would think so. How 'bout some pix of this?
  16. 1 day bump. 1pm at RUSA, for sure.
  17. Um, keep the G27. This is a no-brainer to me.
  18. I'm ready for this election to be over so I don't have to hear the long pauses between Haslam's sentences on his endless commercials.
  19. There's plenty of idiots in this state too.
  20. I'll bring some 9 to feed it!!!!
  21. My S&W model 27, in single action mode. A strong breeze will move that trigger.
  22. Good for you, assessing the threat and not dropping her. Oh, and +1 on locking the door. I'm totally OCD about this myself.
  23. Bump. I know a real JACKa## who will be at RangeUSA at 1pm (MSSA is doubtful).
