As of today there are 5 candidates running for POTUS; this is how I trust their support of the Second Amendment:    1) Cruz 2) Trump  3) Kasich 4) Sanders  5) Clinton   I doubt anyone's first and fifth selection will be different than mine; second, third and fourth will be debatable.     But Hillary makes Bernie look like the late Charleton Heston concerning the Second Amendment.

Well your confident of the future, even in this hypothetical scenerio. If given the chance, I'm confident you would represent yourself.

We'll just have to agree to disagree on this one.   Question - God forbid you ever have a tool shed that doesn't have much confrontation occur; does your planning include representing yourself in court?

Great story but I have to call Bravo Sierra on the Scots-Irish descent part.    Plenty of folks from the old country moved to Boston, New York City, Philadelphia and all points in between (my parents being off the boat themselves).  It is the NE liberalism that turns many a fine lad into a eunuch.  

Do you have a Pennsylvania CCW?  If so, I'm thinking reciprocity may cover you while temporarily working in TN.

  That's certainly not speculation.  That's premeditation.  So what's the shelf life of a post on the internet?  For your sake I hope no one visits the tool shed that doesn't have much.

To the original question / scenerio: 1. My car - a few CDs, loose change, and a tin of Altoids is not worth getting out of bed, let alone meeting a jury of my peers. I'll call my insurance agent. 2. Neighbor's car - I'll call him and recommend he call his insurance agent.
