My money is on a FAL.

I'm always building ARs for friends and family. I've got about 20+ under my belt so far (the black rifle above is for someone else). I always love explaining what the parts are for and how things work to those interested. I've often thought of building this as a teaching tool. There is another company that makes clear uppers and I want to get one of those too. I also want to get a short barrel and cut it away to show how that works. All in all, I think it's a pretty cool receiver.

Yeah, one guy was relatively nice. There was one guy who was basically telling me to get bent. Saying I was asking them to commit a felony. Oh, but the transfer is $110 cash only.

Just got through talking with them. They said they absolutely will not start the Form 4 early. They told me the suppressor had to be in hand and registered before they will allow a Form 4. They were quite dicks about it too. This will be my last time I go through them most likely.

I'm about to head there in 10 mins. I'll find out.

Yeah, I was afraid ours wouldn't. I just looked at my receipt of when Capitol said my Form 3 was submitted and that was April 26th. That'd put it way too close if it took just 60 days. I'll be calling Capitol here in a couple hours as well as Arms Fair to see about starting the process. What are they charging you for the Form 3?

Who is your dealer?

I didn't get the carbine, but I recently got the v2 of the Scotpion in with the 1/2x28 muzzle. Ordered last Friday and came in yesterday. They even ordered some 30 round mags, because they knew I'd want some. I bought all the mags. Waiting on some aftermarket goodies for it to come in now.

This is why my 10.5 458 is now an SBR.

He's always been on track. I got to meet him in person at NRA AM. He's a very humble guy. If you get time, look through all his past videos. Talk about on point and motivating.

My biggest gripe is still with CTD. The people running it aren't all gun enthusiast. They willfully gouged because they knew some suckers would freak out and buy from them. That's snake sh!t there. They will never get a dime from me. Everyone is worried about the $200 pair of pants might not have bought a good duty belt lately. I just spent $85 for one. Not arguing or anything. Sometimes quality comes at a price. Sometimes it's up to the buyer. I can't knock anyone on what they do or don't want to buy. Also, Kroger rocks after they flipped off Moms Demand. Academy is a bit pricey. I prefer to dump my money in my favorite local gun shop regardless of their mark up or down. I rather support local and those that treat me like family.

Where was it showing here at Memphis? I couldn't make it, but still.

It's supposed to go by postmark date. Who knows. I have a Form 3 I'm waiting on before I can do a Form 4. Current lead times on a Form 3 is 2 months. June 27 will be 60 days for mine. As soon as it's in, I'll have Capital Armory next day it then get it processed as soon as I can. I'll be real close to that deadline so I'm banking on it being by postmark.

Anyone get anything back yet?
