I do the same but I don't wear button down shirts. No one ever seems to notice my firearm. I call it concealed carry light.

I wouldn't consider it being forced off your property so much as making money to let someone else deal with the noise. I'm more of a peace and isolation person. I don't like noises be that from a gun, mower, or party. Perhaps you don't mind the noise as much as who is making it, which makes the idea of moving a more likely solution in my mind.

Buy more land or move I can't see my neighbors but sometimes I hear mine in the distance. Hopefully I can buy their property eventually and be more isolated.

A new trail was posted on another forum I visited with some trails that connect to Prentice Cooper. Look for trails loaded by user darkstar.

I've been seeing lots of deer, turkey and small game.

In the winter, I grow a beard and long hair. When summer comes, I chop it all off.

We have live on a small (around 200 acre) farm that butts up to the mountains. I'm within minutes of hunting, fishing, hiking, riding, and other camping activities. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

I have all the parts (down to the rivets) to assemble the AK. I don't have the time or access to the tools needed to do it correctly.

I'm located near OR and looking for someone to put my AK47 together. Can someone steer me in the right direction?

Can you still come in from the horse trails along the bottoms for a less strenuous hike? We used to ride atvs most of the way in from the AL side.

You guys are missing out on a golden opportunity here: Each time I've had a cop ask to search, I've replied: "I'll let you search if you agree to let me off with a warning." I can only count one time where I was actually searched. I guess that wasn't the answer they were looking for. I've always got off with a warning even when the cop declined to search after my proposition.

I've had two Honda 300/350 atvs. You can't go wrong with the reliability of a Honda machine. Check around for deals. I got my 350 Rancher for $4200 otd in 2005, new.

I have a Honda Rancher and love it. I had a Honda 300 before that and loved it also. You can really go wrong with a Honda but Yamaha makes a reliable machine too. I had a Sportsman 700 and it was a nightmare, brakes needed changing every 10 rides (600mi?), oil changes too an hour because you had to remove a bunch of panels. I sold it pretty quick. I do a lot of "real" offroading and my only repair items on my Hondas have been wheel bearings for the front. Just check the Honda for leaks, tears in in boots, and take it on a thorough test drive.

I can't see Cali ever getting on board with a law like this.

I took that class and archery while I was at TTU. It was worthwhile are far as PHED goes.
