Well she is not an officer yet, but wants to become one so they had to get married before she is - so they wouldnt brake  " the rules"

Are there rules about an Enlisted ( male ) marring an Reserve ( female officer ) ?  My brother in law tells me they cant marry because of rules - Can anyone explain or reference documents for this?

I am sure she was just going on her experiences- my Mother in Law parks her now 6 yrs old in front the TV and Ipad all the time. She does this to avoid dealing with her.
