good luck with sale. my dad (who also lives in lenoir city) just gave me my grandfather's buffalo bill a couple of weeks ago. never fired. the story goes my grandmother burned the box in the trash barrel and lived to tell about it. hope you get what you want. i wouldn't sell mine for double that.

Did you ever find a good place for a safe? I was looking at Spartan on Lovell and was leaning that way but as you posted they went belly up. Champion "outlet" off John Sevier doesn't have much of a showroom but the guy that ran it showed me the warehouse and they had a LOT of safes in stock. Not as good pricing as Liberty place but now I wonder if they were "blowing them out" to get people's money and then go out of business. SMGA has some decent stuff and reasonable prices. I might lean that direction now.

Thanks for posting that up. I was trying to find them on google and it said permanently closed. I was going to go out there tomorrow and look around again. I was out there about 6 weeks ago and that guy was trying to get me to either put a deposit down or pay in full (can't remember which) and said the safe would be here several months down the road. I'd like to think he didn't know what was going on and they were about to shut down but now I wonder.... ;-(

Got my base model Dagger on Friday and took it to range. Shot very well for me. Trigger isn't the best but not as bad as some of the reviews I have seen. Not one failure so reliability is good so far for me. I'm happy with it.

I ordered a base model this week on Monday and it still hasn't shipped yet. I won't get it until 2022 now.. They have many different models and go in and out of stock fast. I set up a notification and was quick enough to get one recently. I just wanted to see what all the hype is about. mixed reviews online but mostly favorable.

I'm a budget gun guy but found a MR920 used at Smoky Mountain Guns and Ammo about a year ago and snapped it up. It is one of my favorite guns and my nightstand gun with an Olight on it. Still think they are overpriced but they are damn nice guns...

I actually like the looks but I also like KT stuff. But it will have to be real low price to sell with all the other very good budget guns out there now.

Fair. But for $199 with three mags the P17 is a smoking deal and I'm a big Taurus fan. I found a TX22 yesterday for $250 and didn't get it but may pick it up soon if it's not gone when I go back. The high dollar one ($400 something) doesn't interest me.

I have one and love it. I shot about 1000 rounds without cleaning to see how far I could get without problems. It was not flawless but did real well. I finally cleaned it after roughly 1000 rounds. Best 22 LR handgun going for the money IMO.

Lived in Knoxville from 1968-1991 and then moved to Fort Worth, TX after graduating from UTK.   Lived in Texas from 1991-2014 and then moved back to Knoxville to take a job.  Never in a million years did I ever think I'd come back to East Tennessee but funny how things work out.   Really got into guns when I lived in Texas but sold most everything when I moved as I went through a major downsizing in a number of ways. Haven't had time to do much with the job I started but things are starting to get more routine and getting back into the guns and shooting.   Look forward to catching up with like minded folks.
