Why is everyone going to walmart today? Are they marking down the prices? I hope you're right about prices falling, guess we'll have to wait & see.

No it isn't. The biggest supplier/retailer stops selling, like I said in my previous post. Prices & availability will be affected, again, I hope I'm wrong.

We have had a few hanging around all summer, maybe we'll get some during migration. At our old home, we had so, so many. 2 years in a row my wife went through over 100 pounds of sugar feeding them, our porches were like dogfights. We had 8 feeders set up, it was a constant circus, loved every minute.

Too many "coincidences", I'm not much on "coincidences."

Large capacity magazines.....Winchester 1890, 61, 62, 63, & a tremendous amount of rifles could be deemed illegal. Sound Crazy?? Maybe not so much. Hope this gets appealed to the SCOTUS.

I use synthetic motor oil on all my firearms, 1911's, AR's, Shield, etc. I apply it with an artist brush. Never had any problems. Just my experience over thousands of rounds.

Wandered over to SGAmmo site & looked at 9mm. Prices up a bit from a few weeks ago & many of the 1000 Rd cases were out of stock. Didn't check any other calibers.

Panic buying won't start until prices escalate & shortages are seen at shops & internet suppliers. There's no reason to be a victim of shortages & higher prices. Guns, ammo, components are plentiful & cheap now, funny that many won't buy now & will wait until the availability goes down & prices go up. JMHO.

I believe the huge majority of private sales aren't on the internet. Gun shows, friends, shooting club members, etc... There are many family transactions that are & never should be reported.

How would it be easy for them if private sales are indeed private? Maybe I'm missing something???

Here's something no one has touched on regarding universal/private sale background checks. Another can of worms this opens is that when one makes a private sale, the buyer & seller are recorded. What happens when the private seller is deemed a dealer & the atf comes knocking asking why one is selling such a large number of guns? Just another freedom in jeopardy.
