I've known a few guys who reload commercially, sold to individuals, gun shops, police depts., etc. Doing large volume is easy with the high speed Dillon's & the Hollywood machines of the past. I would imagine that one should get references from prior users & make sure the maker has product/liability insurance. I wouldn't call him an idiot.

My barber shaves my neck with the warm soap & straight razor, I remember the old barbers who had strops hanging on the chair & would shave your neck & around the ears. Never had a face shave.

Communist Illinois has had a firearms owners id card for many years. Subjects who reside in the state must have this card to buy or posess ammunition as well as firearms. No card, no guns or ammo, of course this doesn't seem to apply to the thugs in the Chicago ghetto.

Replaced last two roofs on last two houses with metal, I'd never go back to shingles (JMHO). I like working with a bare canvas, so I'd option to remove the old shingles,like Raoul said make sure the sheeting is good.
