  1. Maybe your boss will split it with you assuming he wouldn't have thought to call and you brought it to his attention.
  2. There is a place in Hendersonville off Walton Ferry Road, R.E.G. Gunsmithing - (615) 822-7885
  3. Christ boys. If I believe I need ammo for whatever reason and I have the available funds I'll buy it at whatever price I deem reasonable. You can take all your noble assertions about price gougers and hoarders and shove them up your a$$.
  4. Believe it or not .17 Mach 2 is damned difficult to find too. Just ordered 1000 rounds .22LR CCI Mini -Mag 36 grain HP's from Palmetto State along with 200 rounds .308/7.62 145 grain steel case FMJ's. Only place I could find with "in stock" ammo.
  5. Schweeeeet!!!! How many more boxes remain and what price?
  6. I dove hunt within sight of the Nuke plant cooling tower. Never had an issue. Excluding Hartsville city limits, the entire county is rural and nobody is going to tell anybody they can't shoot on their land provided all other safety considerations are practiced.
  7. Thanks Smith, I appreciate your input.
  8. AR newbie question here, I have a Bushmaster 16" A2 carbine and I want to convert the carry handle upper to a flat top. I was searching on AR-15, M16, M4, Upper Receiver and suspect that I want to get an assembled upper. However the uppers available show an option for an M4 flat top with M4 Feedramps in addition to a standard flat top upper for the AR15 and M16. What is the difference and although my Bushmaster has collapsible stock and 16" barrel like an M4, will the "M4 Flat Top with M4 Feedramps" work? Sorry for the probably dumb question but I am a little confused. Thanks for your help.
  9. Post a range report and photo's when you can Gunman.
  10. This guy just got a Elite 4200, he lives in Franklin. Tennessee Deer Talk: Father's Rifle has a New Look and Shoots Great!
  11. Springfield - see the little schematic in this link - http://www.snipercountry.com/Articles/RemingtonTriggers.asp I don't see why you can't get it back where you need it. The trigger assembly should be able to be taken apart and re-assembled. http://stevespages.com/ipb-remington-700.html Remington has a "zoom view" schematic that may be helpful, however you need to download the media player. Good luck, if all else fails buy an aftermarket trigget anyway.
  12. Do your research adamoxtwo, last thing you need is to spend money twice. However the Hawke scopes are a fantastic value. Sniper Central did a review on them - Hawke Frontier 6-24x50mm SF Rifle Scope Now, regardless of what you may purchase, I recommend removing the base from the rifle and cleaning everything with alcohol and remounting the base insuring you apply locktite. A weaver style one piece would be best if you can find one. Then, having a solid base platform, you can eliminate the variables to resolve your accuracy issue. Good luck brother
  13. No I did not, although it appears to be a neat tool. I got the mil-dot reticles for my Rem 700 LTR in .308. For the full selection and details on the Hawke scopes go to - Hawke Riflescopes - Hawke Sport Optics are Quality Riflescopes with Ballistic Reticles and Repeatable Settings. As compared to cheap or low-end scope made in China, these really are a great bargain.
  14. I know the "get what you pay for" rule holds true with optics and I have 3 Leupold VXIII's, 2 Burris Fullfield 3x9's and a Bushnell 3200 Firefly but I am fond of one of the cheapest scopes I ever purchased - Hawke. Hawke Ballistic MAP8 Plex Riflescopes - Ballistic MAP8 Plex riflescopes offer superb optics, premium features, and computer programmable ballistic reticles at a bargain price. For me these have been flawless and at a price point hard to believe.
  15. I thought it might be, thanks for the confirmation and the comment on the metal clips. As configured in your picture it looks like a good tuckable design. Going to get one for an XD45 Service. I appreciate your help.
