Where I use to work bought us Winter Walkers cleat like things to slip over our boots. They really help when walking on snow and ice. A lot of us are just one fall away from the nursing home.

I can’t see anyone paying that much for that rifle

Just my 2 cents but Wilson sets the standard, I’ve never owned one, some call them semi custom . There are truly custom one gun one smith guns that have a waiting list of years. I lusted after a Wilson QBC on the classifieds here a month or so ago you may check it out.

Since Grayfox bought it up, I just bought a Girsan MPC35 and am pleased with the quality and the way it shoots. I got mine off Gunbroker by the time I paid for everything taxes transfer fee and bought 2extra mags I was close to $700.00. It came with one mag. I got the full size match with straight trigger no mag safety.

He needs to install Wilson shock buffers on all his pistols and use Wilson’s snake oil lube. -
Put it in the measuring tool drawer. Where I worked we had screw checkers, a metal plate with threaded holes for bolts and screws and thread pitch gauges. This type would be better for nuts.

Mod 41 22pistol I have owned since the 70s, 5.5”bbl , box 5 mags. Not perfect tried to show condition in pictures, No trades, meet in Kingsport Tn.

I have one without the break. It shoots just as good as my Glock 19. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another. The only downside might be resale value but I guess you could sell about any decent pistol for $250.

The Cz is big for my hand. I shot a high power probably 35 years ago and liked it and would like a sa 35 but I’m not willing to pay the price

You may want to check the classifieds -
I don’t even have an avatar, my feelings are hurt.

The newer red dots wake up when moved. The battery life is real long, if you are carrying a pistol you could replace the battery once a year. Most holsters will be cut low enough to clear the red dot. The next question is what size dot and how much you want to spend.

Good deal I bought one like it in the 70s and it came with the same “ universal” box.

MyRossi shoots both well. While it doesn’t have the prestige of other brands it suits me.

I always take my S&W M&P compact that I carry and usually my Remington nylon 66. Also a 22 pistol lately my Taurus TX22
-
Gray fox I worked as a mechanic for 44 years and. Agree 100% I took my nylon 66 completely apart one time and will never again. I almost always take it to the range when I go shoot.
