  1. The Cz is big for my hand. I shot a high power probably 35 years ago and liked it and would like a sa 35 but I’m not willing to pay the price
  2. You may want to check the classifieds
  3. I don’t even have an avatar, my feelings are hurt.
  4. The newer red dots wake up when moved. The battery life is real long, if you are carrying a pistol you could replace the battery once a year. Most holsters will be cut low enough to clear the red dot. The next question is what size dot and how much you want to spend.
  5. Good deal I bought one like it in the 70s and it came with the same “ universal” box.

  7. I hate to offend anyone but I am still using components I bought at Wideners in Johnson City and picked up in person. powder 8 lb $130 Cci primers $76 per 5000 Hardcast bullets $36 per 1000 I have an old catalog from 1999/2000.
  8. What size dot do you folks use , I talked to a neighbor who shoots competition and I think he said he used a 6 moa.
  9. MyRossi shoots both well. While it doesn’t have the prestige of other brands it suits me.
  10. I always take my S&W M&P compact that I carry and usually my Remington nylon 66. Also a 22 pistol lately my Taurus TX22
  11. Gray fox I worked as a mechanic for 44 years and. Agree 100% I took my nylon 66 completely apart one time and will never again. I almost always take it to the range when I go shoot.

  14. I have two pair of the white wedge sole and really like them .The older pair has been re soled after several years, a big money saver. I don’t think you could go wrong with either
  15. Several years ago I remember a conversation with a gun shop owner that said ( all you have to do is get your SOT and there is a police chief in Florida that will give you a letter then you can get new class 3 weapons) and that is what he did.
  16. After you turn 30 it’s all down hill.
  17. I would like to visit after they build the gift shop and museum.
  18. I also recommend a bullet puller I have the hammer type and while I have used it a lot more than I would have liked I will never wear it out.
  19. I had one and liked it. Didn’t have any problems with it. I liked the Ruger PC 9 and my 9mm AR better. Sold it to member here and he likes it.
  20. I didn’t notice that, I doubt the back brakes work.
  21. All the Piggley Wiggleys in east Tn closed 40 or more years ago

  25. I have a regular TX 22 and like it better than my Ruger 22/45 and S&W 41.
