  1.   I shoot Russian ammo for 3-GUN. Not one hiccup in over a year. Not one. It hits what I aim at, it's cheap, and I don't worry about picking up cases. Far from junk, I'd say.
  2. That's a tough one for sure, and it's too bad we didn't elect someone that's qualified for the tough job. Coalition maybe?? Negotiate with something else they might want (trade deal maybe?). Of course Obama probably figures he can just give Putin the gift of an iPod and all will be well. Maybe he'll invite him over for a beer summit :/
  3. Here is the actual class http://www.register-ed.com/programs/tennessee/83-tennessee-hunter-education-classroom-course Here is just the Field day if you do the course online http://www.register-ed.com/programs/tennessee/84-tennessee-hunter-education-field-day More information http://www.tn.gov/twra/huntered.html
  4. I've never heard of them. Good? Bad? Anyone done business with them before? Thanks
  5. I also think that W, being a MUCH better president than we have now, might have done things a lot better diplomatically by now. Obama is out of his league.
  6. Maybe he was confused by the question: why buy the cow when you can have the milk for free? Lol
  7. Haha. big guns on those patches
  8. This is one reason I cancelled government school for my 3. It's tough to pay for private school but well worth it.
  9. Do you have a preference of single-action or double-action? Both are great guns #1) redhawk is different than super redhawk http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ruger_Redhawk http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ruger_Super_Redhawk http://www.imfdb.org/wiki/Ruger_Redhawk_/_Super_Redhawk
  10. I bet these EPA Know-It-All's wet their drawers whenever God's nature lights off a forest fire somewhere. I'm building a house with a wood stove AND a fireplace.... oh the horror! I'm starting to feel like I'm living in the Twilight Zone. Strange fools we have in charge for sure. If they want to save the planet, they should just stop their own hot air.
  11. I love DST, but unless every other state changes too, this would be a pain. I'm not in favor unless we change as a whole.
  12. Yep, my neck hurts this morning. I had 3 trying to pile in our bed last night. I relocated to the couch, lol. No storm damage here though... Just high winds and thunder. The louder the thunder, the louder my coonhound snored. I think he's the only one that got good rest.
  13. Imagine going to the trouble of charging it manually only to find out there is no service, lol. Or the person's phone you are calling is dead. I guess you could put a water wheel on the drill and set it next to a fast moving creek for some hydro-electric power.
  14. Yes! Turkey hunting and fishing... ready.
  15. I've never hunted doves, but it sounds like fun.
  16. I think I enjoyed the show more when I got a season behind and caught up all at once. It was more like watching a movie that way. The individual episodes go by too fast. It makes me nervous watching them spend the night out in the woods. I think I would try to adapt to sleeping in trees so I could rest... make a "high-altitude" hammock, lol. There is drama on the horizon I'm sure when Tyress finds out the truth about Carol.
  17. Haha. It's funny when animals get along like that. We used to have a cat that shared his food and water with a family of skunks. Sometimes I would see them all crowded around the bowl together with the cat right in the middle of them. He was a black and white cat, so we always joked he thought he was a skunk.
  18. Those cats are everywhere, lol
  19. I like the Alaska shows because AK intrigues me, but that's about it. I just don't really have time for TV (except TWD, and I'm thankful that's not a reality show!)
  20. Good use for that airsoft machine gun in that other thread (for starters anyway) :)
  21. Hyena
  22. I keep some for my 44 SBH but have never needed it. I don't know about the P22. A revolver would be better I'd say
  23. I use my carry gun (G19) when I play at 3gun shoots. I would feel good with it if I ever need it and it is comfortable for me to carry IWB. I definitely prefer to carry the biggest gun I can get by with, and G19 is usually it. However, there are certain times that I can only get by with a tiny gun, and I am reduced to my P3AT or nothing at all :(
  24. I usually prefer SP in a hunting round, but the HP would probably get the job done, too.
  25. And it was a good gift he gave. They're selling about $200 or so right now at most places. Lots of folks buying them and shooting them. However you use it, I hope you enjoy it. There are videos on YouTube explaining how to disassemble and clean if you ever get the urge.
