  1. I don't want to ask them to do that either.
  2. Why haven't I ever seen "I Am Legend"?? Sounds like I need to fix that.
  3. So the new NFA 41F rule goes into effect July 13. A lot of people are trying to beat the deadline in order to avoid the fingerprints, photos, etc. I'm curious if those who are scrambling to get your NFA goodies filed before the change, will continue to file Form 1s or 4s in the furture, or are you done with NFA trust items after July 13? If I understand it correctly, everyone on the trust will have to photo, fingerprint and notify CLEO anyway the first time an application is made after July 13, right? In other words, if a person plans to purchase more NFA items in the future, is there really any benefit to beating the 41F deadline?
  4. so we switched from zombies to the return of the dinosaur... For dinos, I'll go with an Alexander Arms semi auto 338 Lapua and a good brake. That's not too much gun to carry around, yet it should crack a T-rex skull. On second thought, might as well just go with a 50BMG and defend my hilltop
  5. I'm looking forward to it. It's my first can, so hopefully I'll be happy with it. I feel like I need a .22 and .45 pistol can already though, lol. It stinks that I didn't get involved with it sooner before this rule change. The Sandman-L looks really good too. Super quiet from my research.
  6. Zombies... Suppressed 9mm AR SBR... with a brush axe attachment
  7. I had serious thoughts about that. I already have parts and receiver sets available though. Plus I'm after something a little smaller, lighter and cheaper on this one. Now if I could just squeeze a 308 into an AR 15
  8. This is my first Form 1, so I'll have to figure it out. Do I download it from the ATF site? So as long as my postmark is before the deadline, I should be good on 41P. Cool.
  9. Thanks.
  10. I do the same. If it gets overwhelmed I can shut it down and open another.
  11. Do they seem to be dragging their feet, or is it going to work out? I've got the itch all of a sudden to get an SBR in the works, but am I too late for 41P? Is e-file gone now?
  12. Never seen the .277 Wolverine. That's interesting...
  13. That's good to know. I've been doing some reading about the ballistics. Looks like it''s close to 45-70. Impressive round.
  14. Mmmm... Pinto beans I never thought of them. So all pintos are heirloom and will grow from the bag? Just broadcast spread or are rows needed?
  15. Great idea to plant grass to get clover, lol. Same happens to me in my yard.
  16. Thanks Slappy! I thought I was in here alone on this one. Even started talking to myself, lol. I went ahead and bought it! As soon as the ATF comes through with the paperwork, I'll have it. Hopefully I'm not too old to shoot it by that time. It's a little long in it's full size configuration, but from all accounts it's quiet. Plus it was available. I think I will like the QD system.
  17. Sounds good. I took a sample to the coop recently to get tested. I haven't got the results yet. I have a feeling this power line needs some help. It seems like dry clay and a little rocky. would it be better to plant something else first like soy beans?
  18. Haha. Naw, I'm just whipped, lol. I'd probably would get one of each, but the wife would go for my jugular lol. . I just need to give her some time to let the news of the supressor I just bought wear off. One at a time for now so I don't have to sleep outside Both eventually for sure! I like that 458 upper. That would be a nice looking big thumper.
  19. Sounds good. I think I'll go ahead and order a 16" 6.5. I know I want one, so might as well make it so. Good to know about the e-landers.
  20. I just checked out Tromix's site. They have the upper with the port already enlarged now. This is tempting. I think it'll either be 6.5 or 458... mainly 'caus I don't have either one Of course the obvious answer is both.
  21. Yes, it's definately helping. Good info! Exactly what I was looking for. So how are you getting warning points??? From this thread?
  22. Haha. I was posting from my phone earlier. I switched to my ipad because I was clicking things I didn't want to.
  23. I'm considering 300bo for this also. I have an 8.5" 300 pistol. I really like the round, and I'm already setup to load it. I haven't really done my homework to compare the ballistics to the 6.5, but I know the 6.5 is moving a lot faster. I like hard-hitting rounds for a woods gun. I do have a 30cal can on the way
  24. Yeah, I'll be doing a cheaper barrel for this one. I'm brass only through all my precision barrels though, but sometimes I'll buy some cheap bulk steel ammo to save up if the price is right. I'll reload for this one, so it'll be fed brass.
