1. I'll be jumping for joy that O is on his way out!
2. Dick Morris makes a valid point. I hope he is right.
3. I am trying hard to remember, but didn't we have similar polling numbers out of Ohio in 2004? I know it was a tossup until the election but the rural counties turned out for GW. I hope we see a similar thing happen Tuesday, and if enough folks in the state care enough about the country, we might. I think it's mitts only chance
4.
Sitting in the stand now... Got a good buck in the area, so probably won't shoot anything except a big one this week.
Good luck!! I haven't been in the stand one time yet this season Maybe I can get out later this week
5.
I had a friend two years ago get arrested on thier club lease. James didn't even know there was corn in the area. Corn plie was about 40 yards from him. Wildlife officers had been watching the area and just happened to be the one to get caught. Dave S
Stories like that make me nervous. There's no way to know if there is a bait pile near your stand placed by someone else unless you disturb all the woods around that stand. I wonder how the Wildlife Officers knew it was there?
6.
No, I thought you can hunt an active feeder as long as you stay outside the 250yd zone. You can hunt inside that zone 10 days after all feed is removed.
That is correct. They clarified the definition of baiting last year (within 250yds). https://news.tn.gov/node/7647
7. There was a show on Discovery or TLC a few months ago where a couple made an awesome home out of shipping containers. They had a bunch of them and the house was very modern looking. They stacked them (some at right angles) and had multiple levels. It was a very nice (and sturdy) house. They had big glass windows in some of the openings... it was nice looking too. I remember them talking about how well shipping containers work for such a purpose. I think it's a good idea if that's what you want. Edit: Just wanted to add that the house I saw on tv had a facade on the exterior. It looked like plywood and stucco to cover the exterior of the containers. This helped insulate, protect from rust and made the home beautiful. You wouldn't know they used shipping containers just by looking at it.
8. Just in time one week before the election. Mother Nature's October Surprise?
9. That's how I have been leaning (today anyway, lol). I know I will miss the customization features of android, but iphone wins on reliability.
10. Or donate it to the Romney campaign if obama doesn't take the deal.
11. I have gone down that road of returning phones over and over under the insurance and finally demanding a new something else after the fourth or fifth return. The refurbished phones always have problems of thier own. I just renewed my verizon contract a few days ago. My Droid X2 was starting to have issues. I went with the Samsung Galaxy S3. It's a nice phone. No problems yet, but I liked the Motorola better. I have been so torn between the Samaung S3, the Razr HD and the iphone5. I like the Android OS better, but I know iphone just flat works (kind of like 1911 vs glock I guess). I have a few days left to return the S3 and choose another. Decisions, decisions....
12. If Trump really wanted those documents $5M could probably "buy" copies from the right people. I think this is more about painting a shady politician into a corner while he's in the spotlight. I doubt O will take the bait, but it makes it look like he has something to hide if he doesn't and will most likely expose him if he does.
13. I hope his momentum continues. Time to unseat the O from his perceived thrown. I'll probably get to vote tomorrow
14. So they can bust jaywalkers?
15. I IWB carry a lot. I find it most comfortable with a low-riding soft holster and about 4-O'clock position. I usually carry a smaller gun than your Ruger, though (P238, P3AT or PF9). Sometimes, I'll IWB HK USP compact in a Don Hume. I have to have a holster that sits low for it to be comfy. I like for the grip to ride right along the top of my belt I always wear an undershirt to tuck behind the gun/holster so it doesn't rub my skin off. Then an outer untucked shirt conceals. I don't buy bigger pants. I just loosen my belt one notch.
16. Romney was certainly not my first choice as a nominee, but there is a HUGE difference between him and Obama. It's not all about spending habits. IMO, Obama has a much different vision for the future of this country. You only have to look as far as Jerimiah Wright, Bill Ayres and the like to know O's true beliefs. Somehow I think Romney believes in Capitalism and the free market.
17. A golf putter works well... or a 2 iron depending on the mood. "FORE!"
18. You win.
19. Yeah, Romney was a lot funnier than O. It was a good night for Romney
20. Skunk Ape
21. I know exactly who I will vote for president, too. I've had 4 years to decide, and I've never been more sure about my decision. I will vote early because I can't take the chance that I might have to work out of state on election day. I don't mind standing in line this time around, though. It's worth it.
22. Yep, and this is one of my favorite comments... "I voted Wednesday at Bellvue. Crowds were long, had trouble finding a parking place. Republicans everywhere...!! Could be a lanslide!!! Has business picked up???"
