1. I don't think there will be a gun grab in the sense that they go door to door. I do think Obama will look for ways to make gun ownership illegal. He will probably use the UN treaty or similar for that. Once illegal, they could confiscate guns as they present themselves, and ammo supplies would dry up if it too is illegal to sell/purchase. Eventually it would become the "new normal" and legal gun ownership would be a thing of the past. Let's not forget that this president likes to operate around the constitution, so he will explore other avenues (UN, a more liberal supreme court, executive order, the EPA, etc). I see them going for AWB first then expanding it to other weapon types. He said he wants to fundamentally change America. He has been doing that and will continue that quest even stronger now. He can't make us into some other depressed nation without gun control. Of course he will attempt it in some fashion.
 2.
There was virtually no change in Congress. Where we gonna find all the gun grabbers to vote that stuff in?
I agree. but... Odufus likes to utilize the executive order pen. If not that, maybe he will get it tacked onto another piece of legislation. Or... maybe Holder will sue and get it upheld by his newly appointed suppreme court justices, or... who knows. I don't think it is high on his list, but he did say he would sign it during the debate.
 3. Yeah, good night. I'm off to bed. Hopefully I'll wake up from this nightmare, lol. The title of this thread is fitting, BTW.
 4.
Looks like America is gonna be like Europe before long.
Sadly, it is heading that way.
 5. The real question is why is it that 69% of voting hispanics wouldn't want a more prosperous America? They just voted in favor of high unemployment and failed policies, but I guess they are smarter than this taxpayer
 6. Well, I just placed an order. I'm thinking yes, at least in the short term. Sadly, the best we can hope for is the republican held congress to maintain gridlock. The question is "What do we have to look forward to?" If we didn't beat obama tonight, how can we expect to do so in 4 years? I dunno if any legislation will be passed banning weapons, but this is the president of the executive order. I predict ammo will be hard to find and spensive.
 7.
Remember this. Obama got 69% of the hispanic vote. Obama offered a path to citizenship for young hispanics while Romney offered them an opportunity to self deport. Something to remember the next time around when the numbers will be even higher.
Isn't there already a path to citizenship (besides amnesty). Lots of young hispanics become citizens now. If O gets his way, he will get amnesty and the dems will win every election from now on growing more progressive each time.
 8.
You are wrong. almost all the money we owe is from Bush. He started with no debt he had extra and wasted that also.
lol
 9.

If we believe obama, it's all redistributed anyway
 10.
I can't understand why so many seems to have forgotten who got us in this mess and as some say who brought us to our knees. Hint Hint it was not the dems. It was 8 years of the GOP. It will take some time before we recover as the top nation in the world. And if we don't stop giving away our money and start taking care of our own we will never get there.
Oh, my bad. How could I have forgotton that it's all Bush's fault. Guess what... it's obama's economy now. He just inherited it.
 11. Interesting... Gary Johnson's votes would have put mitt ahead of Obama in FL and OH according to politico
 12. All I can do is pray for my kids' future. So many fools out there happy to continue the downward spiral of THE GREATEST NATION IN THE WORLD. The Progressive movement just won over capitalism and individual freedoms. Sad day for freedom and free markets. I hope those that voted LEFT enjoy their welfare (my taxes) because it's all many of them will ever know. Pathetic
 13. Well, based on the way this is going, it looks like I'll be searching empty shelves for more ammo.
 14.
We still have some hope, it's not... quite over yet. I hate California.
Romney has to run the table with VA, OH, FL, and CO. possible but tough Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 2
 15. These Dem-wits are sweeping all the senate seats
 16. NC goes to Romney
 17. The senate and house are relatively unchanged. So if O wins, it is the same as the last 4 years... just digging deeper. If the last 4 years hasn't energized the country against the Progressives I don't think anything will. So far this looks like a loss for our country
 18. WI to Obama. I don't looked the way this is going. I ws hoping to see Romney open up a lead
 19.
Ill be turning in applications, still trying to find a job that isn't construction labor. Doesnt really matter who wins or loses this time, all we are doing is voting the lesser of two evils.
"Elections have consequences". It mattered 4 years ago and it matters even more today, IMO. Lesser of two evils implies that one is a greater evil. I personally believe that mitt is more qualified for the job both intellectually and ideologically. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 2
 20.
It wasn't all that long ago (last year) that we were one of those states.
I did not realize that. A method to ensure peeps don't vote more than once seems so basic. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 2
 21.
Dunno, but NY doesn't require any kind of ID to vote, photo or otherwise. Does that mean they have to have voter registration card? Well, that would be an ID. How the frig does that work in those states, people just show up and claim to be themselves verbally only? According to Wiki summary, about 20 states require no ID whatsoever: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voter_ID_Laws_in_the_United_States - OS
That's just crazy. Speaking of id, voting is one of the few times that I like to use my HCP for id. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk2
 22. I voted early because I thought I might have to work out of state today. Turns out I didn't and now I wish I could go to the polls today. Well, at least I got to vote. Can't wait to see the results and I hope it's a good night for America.
 23.
wish i had some picks to put up took my son with me sunday before chruch and saw three does my son felt the need to wave at them lets just say they did not wave back
Lol, making memories. To me, that is the best part of hunting. Did the does "wave" those big white tails back at him?
 24.
I've been more concerned about obtaining mags and ammo as opposed to weapons. I believe that the people have always believed in those things. We are just bad at choosing representatives.
Same here. Guns don't run without mags and ammo. It's been tough backing off the weapons though because there's a nice Springer 1911 in the shop that keeps catching my eye.
 25.
Then? What are your expectations? Will you except crap from Romney simply because he is not the "Lying King"? The one thing that I respect about the TEA Party is that in a short amount of time they have put fear into politicians. Politicians should fear and respect the people that they work for. I hope that we are reaching a point where politicians can no longer expect to remain in office simply by telling the people what they want to hear. NO ACTION, NO JOB!
Romney does not get a free pass either, but it's time to give him a chance. Obama has had his three strikes many times over, and I will be glad when he is voted out. NO ACTION, NO JOB.... I agree. More than anything, I will feel like we have a chance to steer the country in a better direction if romney wins. If O wins, I think there is a higher chance we will continue to see more of the downward spiral. O said he wants to fundamentally change this country. I like this country, so I will jump for joy when he is no longer in charge of it. If elected, romney will get his 4 to prove his worth, and then we will decide if he should stay or go.
